Very kind staff. I got an oil pressure alert on my car while driving through. They stayed late on a Friday to check it out and make sure I was good to go. Very thankful!

We got a flat tire just before wandering river. Called ahead with the make/model and they confirmed they’d be able to help us out. We showed up on the donut and after finishing with their current customer quickly they got us a new tire and back on the road. Great service and great location - Thanks Kevin!

Thank you! I had a slow leak in my tire. I pulled onto the pad and was met by an employee. I wanted to top up the tire. He found a nail stuck in the tire and promptly installed a plug. I was in and out in 15 min! Awesome.

Past 5:00 on a Friday. Kevin was ready to leave. I had a blowout a few miles out of town. I knew I couldn't make it to Edmonton on my donut spare. Kevin checked his stock, found a great match, swapped it over and I was in my way. Very impressed with this location!

I BLEW OUT MY ALTERNATOR ON THE WAY TO FORT MCMURRAY, HAD THE VAN TOWED TO GRASSLAND, I NEEDED THE IT FIXED THE DAY AFTER BECAUSE I HAD WORK, THEY GOT THE IT FIXED BEFORE TIME, THANKS TO THE GUYS AT OK TIRE FOR THE HARD WORK THEY PUT INTO FIXING MY VAN ON TIME, THEY ALSO HAVE A CUTE DOG.

Came into Grassland with a compromised tire while heading to Edmonton from Fort McMurray. Limped myself to the lot of OK Tire to see what the chances might be of having the tire looked at.The gentleman at OKTire who greeted me was very accommodating and inspected my vehicle without an appointment.The unique replacement tire I required was not available, but I didn’t expect it to be. The joys of owning a European vehicle haha.I didn’t catch the fellow’s name, but he was very helpful in recommending next steps as I made arrangements to have my vehicle moved to Edmonton.

OK TIRE IS ONLY GOOD AT DOING TIRES!!!DO NOT get any mechanical work done here!!!! Kevin is the only person to trust there, because he does tires. The work Riley does is NOT worth it. It will cost you more money, because you will either be taking you vehicle there every week or you’ll end up taking your vehicle to a real mechanic somewhere else.
