After expressing interest in the item, their customer service rep actually reached out to me with a link for preorder to the exact version of the base that I was looking for. The idea of that may seem small or trivial to some, but in my decade of buying hookah products online, I've never received that kind of customer service from a large vendor. They truly are top notch.

Shisha Nova is an amazing company! I couldn't find what I wanted in Calgary and even when I found it the people didn't have the knowledge to help me. I found Shisha Nova and called them and spoke to their customer service in Sales and they were awesome - they answered all my questions. When I did my order, they even messaged me to confirm that everything looked good and let me know when my order was on it's way. I received the order and everything was exactly what I wanted - well packed and the Dschinni Botan Hookah is one of the best hookahs I have ever had. I bought 2 for me and my friend and we love it!
