Oliver was excellent in the service he provided. He was very thorough and made sure I mention the damage fully in detail to icbc to make sure everything would be covered as the icbc contact center agent did not initially make proper notes when the claim was made. Had a rental ready for me when I dropped off my vehicle and got me in and out real quick. He was in contact with me throughout the entire process from start to finish. Picked up my vehicle today and I am fully satisfied with the work. His personality was infectious yet professional. Give this man a raise! I know where I'll be bringing my vehicles from now on. Saleem and Oliver were both such a pleasure to work with, Saleem went over and above and fixed my car so quickly. The price was also quite reasonable. While I don't necessarily hope I have to bring my car in again, if I ever do, I know I will be well taken care of!

I brought my Jeep in to have the rear bumper fixed due to a medium sized scratch. Brenda was very kind, helpful and was able to give me a great estimate on the damage compared to other auto-body shops I was considering.My Jeep was repaired quickly and I was very happy with the results. The staff is very professional and I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to have their cars repaired.

The service here is amazing with super friendly staff. They are fast and efficient and even had a courtesy car ready and waiting for me so I didn’t have to use a rental company ( brand new Jeep Cherokee). My 3rd time using this Auto body shop and pleased each time. Oliver and Dustin work very hard and are excellent in giving fabulous customer service.

I took my vehicle here to get fixed from a fender bender. They are so welcoming and helpful, Devin at the front desk is awesome. They fixed my baby up so it looks new again! No issues or problems … fixed in a short time. Will always bring my vehicle here.

I had Jim Pattison Autobody do a repair on the driver side rocker panel of my truck . It took well over a month and immediately when I got my truck back , I noticed sandpaper marks in the body filler they used, also the fit of the piece welded do not line up cleanly with panel lines , They took my truck back and cleaned up the sandpaper marks . Within 3 months the paint started to bubble and rust, I took truck back and they said they repaired it , but within the next 6 months it happened again. they took truck back and said they repaired it, again within 6 months the paint bubbled and started to show signs of rust. I was told by manager that Dodge Rams are notorious for rust , however there was not a speck of rust any where else on my truck , just in the very middle of their repair. I wash my truck weekly and take very good care of it, the truck is extremely clean except for area that Pattison auto body worked on. After having my truck in 3 times they did not fix problem , I am very disappointed and shocked in the low level of quality workmanship and low level of professionalism . I would not recommend them 1 star rating is way too high .Duane.I will not bring My truck back to this shop for repair, they do not have the ability to do any sort of body work repairs. I think 4 chances to repair my truck is 3 times to many. The last time I brought my truck in I was treated very poorly, and I was told I would not get a loaner vehicle, I had to get a ride home my self. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with anything that has JIM PATTISONs name on it , obviously there is no customer service with this company.

Absolutely excellent work done and done quickly when other body shops were taking several weeks even months to do similar they completed everything in a couple of weeks with very little inconvenience to me.
