Can't give a lower rate. Your salesperson Prett is dishonest in dealing with the customer. I checked the reviews on this store, and this guy has many bad reviews. Just be honest in dealing with your customers and don't promise anything that's not true. I hope the management can do something about the behavior of their salesperson as it will reflect to your store and make them accountable for their actions.

Very good service. Considered my needs and offers me good deals.

I wish I could give any minus points. I have experienced the worst customer service at this location . I called them and asked the deals but when I went there their representative Aman and Preetam did not help me at all and charged me more than what was mentioned in deal. I called them next morning after reading the contract and they asked me to come in shop but when I went there Preetam refused to change the deal but after requesting he asked me to come after 2 hours and promised he will change it but when I went there he said his manager is refusing and he can’t change it and Aman asked me to come back after an hour and return the phone and start the process all over again. I went there after an hour and they said they cannot return the phone and asked me come back after two days. This is ridiculous service, they firstly charged me more and then they refused to take back the phone when it was clearly mentioned in the contract that I can return it in within 15 days. You guys are just fooling your customers for making money, please stop asking them to come again and again if you cannot help them.

Preet was very helpful, even showed that i was paying more and getting less data. He immediately changed to a better plan with no additional cost and in the process actually saved $5 from my entire bill. Very helpful and friendly customer service from Mr Preet.

Preet service was good, Got 4 phones today from him in Fido. I got awesome discounts on iPhones.

Happy with our black Friday sales at The mobile Shop. We had this opportunity to meet with some awesome personalities who cater customer needs to it's fullest. Important to mention our mobilist 'Varinder' for his patience in serving his customer during such rush hour and I agree customers can be pecky. Again wonderful meeting with u people the Fido Team. Every other mobilists and the lady who handled it all well.

I bought Koodo number from them and they told me there will be no activation charges but later on denied to provide me the credits and the way of talking is rude. DON’T RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION.BEWARE BAD SERVICE !!!!
