ABC Child Development Centre Day Care & After School Care

Worst daycare, teacher shout at kids, already reported to child protective services for investigatio. Not recommended at all, cleaness level is zero.Added to my previous comment as I was blocked from comments, I am very respectful physician and not double faced, negligant care worker who whorship money only, it is in police now and Child protective service and lawyer office, I will post the final report after investigation, I hope conviction happens and then we can see, I take back my apology to you if I disrespect you not to the staff so please stop the lies , but you do not deserve it.Your just as your staff if not more worse, your level of ignoruns and confabulation only matches and exceed the level of care, not parent will Exchange their child safety to a spot, completely non sense and not worth even response, be awear parents this is the level of thinking, I will make sure this feed back is added to all other evidances.

My daughter has gone her for over a year now and loves it. They have great food and always different, lots of plan an learning time. Decent pricing for all your getting and drop and pick up from school. Super happy we picked them !

Awesome daycare, Pam is always very helpful. The teachers go above and beyond here. Shina in the prek is Amazing she’d braid my youngests hair and they had such a great connection. Mandeep is always very friendly, she’s awesome with my eldest in out of school care. Shawzia, Mandy, shuzie and all names I haven’t gotten a chance to learn (sorry for misspelling) thank you so very much for all your hard work and kindness. my girls will miss you all. My child has attended this daycare for almost 6 years. The staff are incredible. They will welcome you and your children with open arms. They are always there to help. I strongly recommend this daycare.

My son has attended ABC for 8 years from his Toddler days to OSC. He loved the place and people. Great facility at a reasonable price with friendly and supportive staff. Throughout our time with ABC, it has been reassuring to send my son here while I go for work, as I always felt he is in safe hands. Strongly recommend this place!

Our daughter started childcare at this centre when she was 6-months old. The staff were excellent at working with us to fit her schedule as being younger she required 2-3 naps a day and more frequent feeding then the toddlers in the room. She also had a big smile on her face when she saw her educators in the morning. We would recommend this centre to someone looking for childcare in the area.

Our child started at 12 months and is now two years old. She loves her caretakers and friends at daycare, and we appreciate the open communication from her teachers about what she did each day!

Incident: March 16th 2021.ABC child daycare school bus was parked on 41 Ave southbound, to pickup Richard Secord School kids. I am the resident of Royal Gardens, was waiting for my kid to come out.At 3:30 pm, kids were coming out of the school and some of them were supposed to board the ABC day care school bus. One kid passed through the muddy puddle before boarding the bus and this cause the driver to yell on him and didn't let him board the day care bus. I witnessed the humiliation on kid's face and felt extremely sorry for that. After letting that kid wait outside for a while then kid was allowed to board the bus. Entire school ground is a muddy puddle and looks like driver expect kids to fly to not make his bus dirty.I called immediately the daycare and asked them to connect with someone in the administration but lady on the reception took no details and told me that she will find out what's going on. I still insisted to give details like bus number and my name but she was in such a hurry to just hung up the phone without listening patiently.Though I don't know the kid personally but I am really worried about the kids who goes to this daycare and if they are treated badly by various staff members.At least I know I would never send my kid to this daycare.Update: March 17, 2021: Got a call from the day care and confirmed that they are following up for yesterday's incident and making sure this doesn't happen again in future.Glad, they are taking these incidents seriously and correcting themselves.

Our kids have been attending this daycare for 4 years now and it has been great. They both love their teachers and friends and are excited everyday to tell us the things they learned and the fun activities they participated in. Any time we have had an issue someone is always available and willing to talk about our concerns. Problems are quickly explained and resolved. It's wonderful to go to work with a clear mind and not worry about the kids because we know they are happy and in good hands.
