I bought a condo in the Summit that was mid construction stage. The plans and some finishes were already completed by the designer but I was still able to upgrade countertops, sinks, toilets etc. The process for buying was seamless. Questions were answered promptly and I couldn’t be happier at this location.

Shaun and I are in the beginning stages of building our home and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience so far! Holly and the team at J&G have gone above and beyond to make each step so far both easy and enjoyable! They are a knowledgeable, friendly group who are extremely efficient at what they do. We would definitely recommend them and we are looking forward to working with them over the few months!
