Shoppers Drug Mart

This Shoppers is smaller than most I have been in and is a little Tight inside because of this. They still seem to carry almost everything a larger shoppers does. Very friendly staff. Loads of parking here, Updating my review to 5 stars. The pharmacist was so helpful to me today. Thank you

Pharmacy assistant vimla would rather sit at her station and use her phone than acknowledging people standing for more than few minutes and when asked her to help, she just gave attitude like she is being bothered. Other young girl from back came running and helped us also apologized on her colleague's behalf. Although still pathetic i am not coming here again ever to get insulted

Customer service is really falling. I get it - people are hurting, tired and overworked. But if you don't like your job and you struggle to be patient with people, rather than roll your eyes, interrupt and be abrupt maybe a little time off or time out is warranted. Quick question seemed to easily irritate the pharmacy assistant.

I had the pleasure of meeting and being served Moriaha. She was a delight. I really hope her manager recognizes what great customer service looks like. If not Moriaha please let me and I'll find another company that would appreciate your great customer skills look like.

Went in looking for a cosmetic product. It took no time for Chloe to notice me looking around and asked if I needed help. I was directed to the product I needed and upon checkout received a sample product by the same brand. Great service!

I love all the staff here. However, every single time I go to pick up my medication, there are five to six pharmacists behind the counter but somehow no one is available. They always ignore the huge line in front of them. I understand you have a lot to do--we all do-- but at least tell us what's going on. One time I stood in line for almost 45 minutes. I left without my medication. And this is after you send me a text to come pick it up.Today, after a long day of studying, I stopped by at 8:00 at night to pick up my medication. There are four pharmacists behind the counter. No one acknowledges me or the lady waiting in line in front of me. Once the lady in front of me was served, it was my turn. Instead of the pharmacist saying give me one moment or how may I help you?" She completely ignores me and walks behind the counter.I'm thinking I know they're busy so I'm not going to make a big deal out of it. Then someone comes to visit them and they all leave their sections to come greet her and laugh and enjoy themselves. So were they really busy or do they just not care about the customers. For me this is the last straw I'm taking my medication elsewhere. I'm so sick and tired of their lack of serviceat the pharmacy. Ugh"

I was struggling to find an item to relive the pain I was feeling from the headaches I was having, some of the workers were not able to find anything to really help. But a worker by the name of Iyas was so helpful and kindly guided me to a section where I could get the proper treatment to resolve the pain I was having from the headaches. Overall the young man was a great help because I was able to get in and out of there fast.Thank you shoppers drug mart for the kind staff, they were loads of help.

My time here was great and this wonderful young lady named Zara helped me find what I needed while bringing a warm and welcoming environment for me to enjoy during my visit.

Pathetic, horrible, frustrating and extremely unprofessional.If you need to get an important prescription medicine, this is the last place you should go as the stress and tension they will give you , you will feel even more sick.AVOID this pharmacy if you value your mental health and time.I hope Shoppers Drug Mart takes note if this review and do not make anyone else go through the same stress and pain that they put me through.

I came in looking for a couple makeup/face care items the other day and was helped by a lovely Beauty Attendant named Eryka. They were very helpful and walked me through multiple different makeup and skincare products, while also providing me more information of the products to help me choose what I wanted to purchase! They are a very kind and helpful employee! Great Job!!!
