Signed in for a house in 2017 and still waiting for them to break ground. House prices in bratford are out of range and I doubt this builder will ever deliver on the property they promised. Do not use them. Not recommended

Got confirmation today that the agreements have been officially terminated and the solicitors are returning deposits. What a waste of 4 years, my money was held up with zero return on investment. Stay away from Kingwood

Homes. Too many stairs and quality not quite there. Not suitable for disabled people or older generation that may have problems climbing stairs.

Unprofessional; Did not deliver on time (or within a reasonable time frame); Did not respond in a timely fashion.I don’t understand the ratings. I’ve been waiting for my home since 2017 - and they haven’t broken ground! Furthermore they dont respond to requests for an update. Unless you want to wait a decade for your property, I do not recommend this builder!

Very poor communication. They will do the legal minimum and have no interest in happy/repeat customers from my experience.
