Quick and easy. It’s always been the same lab technician for as long as I can remember she’s nice to you if you are nice to her and she very well knows what she’s doing.

Horrible service, called at 11:15 to ask if I can come in for blood and the lady said yes there’s only 2 we can foresure get you in before 12 which is their lunch break. Took off work early and went in and there was still 2 ahead of me took the nurse 30 mins to take one mans blood because she was too busy flirting with him. Absolutely ridiculous. Came out and gave me attitude saying I have to come back because it’s her lunch break. Wasted my time and took money out of my paycheck so she could sit take 30 mins to take blood and flirt. Unprofessional. Never going again.

I’ve always had good experiences at this lab. The wait times are short compared to the other labs in Windsor. Long hours and open Saturday which is super convenient.
