My wife and I stopped on Sunday afternoon around 3:00 PM . It was dead no people there took 15 minutes to get one smoothie and two apple pies. My wife ordered ma smoothie as you can see by the attached picture it was only 3/4 filled . My wife asked the young lady serving us why it was not filled up. The young lady said I can’t do anything about it and walked away. I ordered two apple pies they both were cold I took them up and the young lady threw them in the microwave. Wow generally McDonald’s will replace the food if it’s cold not reheat it . Horrible service. Not even a attempt to solve the issue at all . I guess we are spoiled with how good the service is at the Crowfoot McDonald’s in Calgary.

Terrible, terrible service. Wait at the drive thru window for someone to take your order, wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes for your food, and the order is usually missing something when you do get it. This is my experience every time I go here. I just can’t give this place my money anymore. It’s too bad, we were so excited to hear Fireside was getting a McDonald’s. PLEASE change the management at this place.

Slow service. Unbothered and clueless or poorly trained staff. A couple months ago we went through drive thru and I requested Coke with no ice. They got me Coke with ice and I kindly requested that I had asked for my drink without ice. The person at the window said she’ll give me a fork and I can take the ice out myself. And that comment made me furious. I said that the fault was theirs and they should fix it. She said she couldn’t give me more product for the price of one drink. I requested to see the manager and they said they were the manager. I then requested that they take out the ice with a fork and give me my drink at which point they slammed the window and got me a new drink which I bet they spat in! I have not been back since! Possibly the worst McD’s ever!

Good service, friendly staff. Very clean and enjoying environment. There is one outdoor table by the driveway entrance that you can sit, eat and watch the ⛲ fountain dance in the wind. Wheelchair ♿ parking with friendly access to the restaurant.

Overall the experience was good. Had the breakfast burrito's. Fresh and delicious. The cafe was very clean, Service was good.My only complaint was the loud music coming from the kitchen. It was louder than the music in the cafe, and I'm sure not McDonalds approved. Not too cool when the music in the kitchen has the odd obscene language. Perhaps consider stopping it in the future

Consistently the worst service I have ever had at any fast food" joint. Going through the drive through I waited at the speaker for 6 minutes to finally have someone ask what I would like to order. I ordered a single big mac (no drink or combo). I paid and then they told me to go pull around front and they would bring it out when its ready. That was 11 minutes later. It should not take 20 minutes from the time you are at the microphone to order your food until the time you receive it

10 minutes waiting for someone to take order in drive through. Out of stock on some ingredients (including big mac sauce for a big mac ) and cold, old burger given. I would give zero stars if I could.

Sadly I live next door and I chose to go to the other McDonald’s in Cochrane. It seems like no matter what I order I am asked to pull around to park and wait for my order. I’ve never been to another McDonald’s where I have to wait for a happy meal.

We live near this McDonald’s and often stop to pick up breakfast here on our way out into the mountains or to work because of the convenience. This is without question the slowest McDonald’s we have ever been too. Between the time you order to when your food is ready can easily take 10-15 minutes. I don’t know if the staff are poorly trained or there just aren’t enough of them - but it is consistently extremely slow at times of the day when it should be fastest. When the food does come out it’s often incorrectly made or completely cold. Now that the A&W is open by Hwy 1 we’ll be stopping there instead.

This McDonalds is the worst! We get parked everytime we are there and most of the time they forget about us.99% of our orders are wrong. We've waited 20 minutes before for 2 happymeals only to get home and find nothing but fries inside.My daughter worked there and was told to park every vehicle to keep their times low. And they are told to keep the survey receipts and complete the survey themselves.What a joke!!!I suggest McDonalds check out some social media groups in this town because I've never seen one positive comment about this place, just negative stuff that I've experienced repeatedly.We won't be going back.I don't reccomend this location to anyone and I tell everyone we know to steer clear unless they'd like cold food, wrong food, and parking for 20+ minutes.
