The service department at Milton Hyundai has been phenomenal!I have been coming here for almost 7 years and they have always been helpful. What stood out for me, was over some months ago, I required assistance with submitting a claim to Hyundai Canada.Thanks to Thomas Manna in the Service Department, who did the heavy lifting of submitting the claim, doing the following ups and providing me with updates on the progress. I have purchased maybe 5 or 6 cars in the past 30 years. Wahib and Usman took the time to get to know me and my needs, and seemed to genuinely care. During the time my car was on order Wahib continued to touch base with me. I truly enjoyed his service. You can tell they love what they do and this made the experience 10/10 for me. Worst dealership to buy your car from bought a Acura mdx rspec for 42k came with a crack windshield call nd sent emails never got a reply fixed the windshield myself the guy who “helped me” name was chuck wouldn't recommend them at all

DJ was exceptional at helping my husband and I find and purchase the car that we had been interested in and looking for.He made sure to let us know the whole process from start to finish which was very important to us as first time car buyers and was patient in letting us test drive the car. Are you ready for a novel of how pleased I am with everything overall?I had the pleasure of working with Neville during this process of buying a used car. I don’t live at a place that has a legal 2 car space driveway, it is less than that which makes parking two vehicles difficult. My hubby to be has a boat of a truck, which only left me with 165 inches of vehicle space. I told Neville that before I considered a car, it needed to be no more than 165 inches. So here we go out to the dealership lots with a tape measure.. what an absolute adventure and a bunch of laughs! I loved how Neville was honest about every car consideration and provided the pros and cons for each. Originally I had my eye on something different, but lead me to the direction of my “new” to me car! I purchased a used 2021 Hyundai Venue. He’s a beauty, I named him Buckbeak. He’s a beast of a vehicle and the perfect fit for a family adventure!This car is beyond every expectation of a vehicle.
