I've been training there with Connor Blanchet for the last 3 months, and i couldn't be happier with the results! Connor is very knowledgeable, professional and he pushes me and challenges me to meet my goals, while ALWAYS checking my form for safety :) I highly recommend the gym and Connor as a personal trainer!

Best gym ever!!! All the trainers are amazing and so knowledgeable, especially Haya. Best investment I have done. It’s not like any gym. This gym feels like family. All the coaches and people that come to train are so nice and fun to be around. The trainers put so much work and effort to make you feel so comfortable and proud of yourself after every session. I’ve learned so much in the past months about fitness and nutrition because of Haya’s help. I would definitely recommend for anyone starting their fitness journey or that has goals they want to achieve. The coaches at EA Fitness are the best to guide you.

Love this gym. Always greeted with a smile by the trainers. Clean, motivational, secure. Book a lesson with Connor Blanchet, my trainer, and you are hooked. Intelligent workouts, motivational, knowledgeable. I see constant progress. Big smile is making the day. Positive body image. And « you can do it attitude « . I would recommend to try a consultant lesson.

My first time working with a personal trainer and it's been an amazing experience! The space is clean, I've never had an issue with parking or space within the gym either. I would 100% recommend Amelia -- she is dedicated, supportive, adaptive and knowledgeable. I also really appreciate her attention to form and helping get sustainable results/make sustainable lifestyle changes while still being effective.

EA fitness totally changed the way I look at fitness. They allowed me to finally get the determination and motivation to take care of myself. Amelia my trainer is the kindest person, but also the most hard working trainer, she pushes me to levels I never knew I could reach. I feel proud of what I accomplished in such a short time, and am so grateful to the whole team.

The whole team is amazing! Everyone is very kind and welcoming no matter what level of fitness you’re at. Haya has been nothing less than incredible. I love that she focuses on a balance of a healthy body and mind. Highly recommended!!
