Great team! Booking the appointment with the very friendly and knowledgeable office staff was very encouraging and refreshing. Then we had an amazing technician come fix issues in our office, he was efficient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend Computer Elite!

This is the second time I have contacted Computer Elite for help. A few weeks ago I called the Barrie office in a panic for help. Will answered the phone and even though the technicians had gone home for the day, he corrected the issue on the spot free of charge. Who does that? We had lost all of our media (pictures, video, etc) from our programs, and Computer Elite was able to recover all of it for an excellent price. The team was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend Computer Elite.

Took my son's Lenovo in as the camera stopped working, and warranty was up in a few months - techs looked at it, couldn't find a problem - a few months later, camera dies again - Will said out of warranty, nothing they can do - I mentioned the previous issue, nope, can't help.So, I stopped taking my FedEx shipments there - lots of other drop off locations - not sure what they make per package, but I dropped off 15-30 a month, so......

I had a problem with what I thought was the power supply in my desktop PC. After speaking with Rob on the phone I took the box in for them to look at. This was a Saturday morning and I thought I wouldn't see my computer again for a few days but I was wrong. Rob looked it over and called me within a couple of hours. It wasn't the power supply after all, actually he couldn't find anything wrong with it. It turned out to be the power supply in the monitor itself. I was charged a nominal fee for checking it out and I was very happy. I will definitely be back in the future. Many thanks.
