James provides phenomenal customer service. He was so easy to book with, quick to respond to any questions, and was very thorough with advanced planning so that our wedding day would go off without a hitch.On the day of the wedding, James arrived early and was always ready to assist in any way beyond the call of a driver. On our wedding day we dealt with a power outage and a food poisoned groom. James gave me an awesome pep talk when I was stressed, and he helped me fluff up my dress and do last-minute touches before I walked into the church. I was floored by his awesome work!During our photos, he held the girls' bouquets and helped me hold up my train. He even took one of the bridesmaids phones to take background photos while the photographer was working.He had a cooler of beer and yummy snacks in the limo for us too! Byers Limousine, especially James, was loved by our whole wedding party. I HIGHLY recommend!
