The reason I was there at this location is, I was on my way to see the Doctor.I am not sure why does it matter - -“why I was there”, that is none of your business and you can not question me why I was at your location. Just because I gave my honest opinion about your service. You are picking on me. Overall bad service.Bad customer service, I got today from a lady who doesn't know how to smile. I hope she is not the owner/franchisee, because she was rude, bad attitude and obnoxious. someone need to tell her if she is an employee.I always go to UPS on Country hills (500 Country Hills Blvd NE) near Ricky’s All Day Grill). Excellent customer service, Very friendly and helpful with a smile.

You know what? Those 2 gentlemen there are the NICEST guys I ever seen in any delivery companys' assess point. I was a little embarrassing when one of them jokes with me for see me again. I like them.

They deserve 6 starts if there is an option. The store is a very well managed, it's clean, it's organized. The owner is very skillful at what she is doing. We never spend an excessive amount of time in this location, even there is a line up sometimes. This is a shipping must go place. For people who is complainning, I think it's mostly the communication issues, the store is perfect.

This is a very convenient store, always busy because the good location. I‘ve been there a few times, whatever Photo ID or print file, or parcel service … always patient and professional… I saw a picky customer try to get the parcel without the tracking number and wrong location a few days ago , the staff very patient to explain to this customer….The respect is mutual

Na Liu was fantastic! She even made a custom box, so fast, to ensure the item was protected. Gave me options to ship and was efficient and well prepared! Great service, thank you to the staff here at this 108 country hills location!

I shipped an expensive item to Ontario and everything went smoothly. Jeff provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions professionally. He also helped me to pack the item securely although i chose to pack the item myself instead of using UPS packing services. The item arrived one day earlier. Thank you!

I wish to preface this by saying I am still questioning if this individual even works at UPS.I had originally went into inquire about shipping prices for some personal packages but I also had a question about a invoice I had received from UPS so I brought the invoice along.When I entered, an individual with no name tag and nothing on them that obviously indicated that they were indeed an employee of UPS approached me. I had assumed this individual was just another patron looking for a mailbox because they were standing by the mail boxes and not behind the service counters. They did not identify themselves as an employee and when I did ask if they were indeed an employee, I was bluntly told that they didn't handle the invoice payments due to it being a retail location in a tone like an automated pre-written message but somehow also coming off with an incredibly rude and condescending tone.When I attempted to shift the conversation and ask about shipping prices for personal packages, I was interrupted and retold that they didn't handle payments because they were a retail location still referring to the invoice. I was put off by this refusal to move on with the conversation and left the business.The entire interaction with this individual was incredibly off putting and rude. It felt like they had been put in the store with the sole task to kick people out of said store. I felt like they wanted me to leave the store the moment the conversation had started. Honestly, I was left questioning if this individual even worked for UPS.I do have to admit they did answer my question regarding the invoice but this particular UPS location have lost any future business, thankfully there are other courier services in this city.

First time at this location and I would give this store zero stars if I could. The gentleman attending to another customer when I got there seemed polite. However, the Asian lady was super rude for no reason. First time doing an international return so I wanted to be sure I had the correct paperwork and they had all they needed to prevent any hiccups. The rude responses and stink eye she gave me was surprising. Then I needed to tape the return bag and the other staff obliged my request for their office tape. She literally grabbed it out of my hands saying I could buy tape or pay for them to tape it. I was more than happy to pay but her attitude is really nasty. I watched her tape the package so roughly and then angrily demand for the money. Just wow! A little courtesy goes a long way. I’m not surprised to see other negative reviews about her. There is no excuse for your poor behaviour. Do better

Very disappointing with UPS. A package was dropped off at the wrong house. They said that an investigation will take two weeks and were unable to provide information about the driver or package delivery information. Very unprofessional and terrible service.
