Monique at Brampton was warm and welcoming and offered to help not only me but her staff when she entered the store. However, Tiffany(?) With the red hair seemed to be having a rough morning. She clearly was disrespectful and aggressive with her colleagues, so much so that it was awkward and uncomfortable for the customers. She was sighing and muttering comments under her breath about not getting instructions to change prices over a slow weekend and telling another staff not to complete a training on an new employee because she, Tiffany already did it. She didn't offer to assist me once although I was in the same aisle multiple times during my visit and clearly was lost. She was too busy brushing past me and opening boxes and almost yelling at other individuals who were located aisles away. I couldn't get out of there sooner just because I didn't want to be in an environment with that energy. I feel sorry for others that have to work with her all day. Definitely unprofessional and could use some training to improve service and represent the company and brand in a positive way.

Product brought during Covid-19 lock down. Permanent ion hair dye by color brilliance. Product was used and open. Was unable to find receipt sales person refused to accept product refund or exchange. Product purchase on debit card. I am able to varify purchase. Still sales person refused to accept electronic receipt.

My 4 year old daughter have a very sensitive skin and scalp, so for years I've been using Johnson's shampoo and Pantene conditioner, for short period of time it worked, but just realized it dries her hair so I wanted something that will help her hair from becoming dry without all the chemicals and so I went to sally's by Airport and queen and the store manager(Monique) suggested I try the One N only Oat and Honey which she gave me 3 sets of samples of which she insist I try before buying, within the first 2 uses I notice the difference and am so thankful I tried it and so I got 2 sets cause of the sale and I got somethings for myself since tomorrow is the last day of the sale!! I can't thank Monique enough for helping me with shampoo and conditioner for my very sensitive skin/scalp daughter.

The store is kept nice and clean. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable, I was helped by Tamia. She took the time to help me find everything I needed and explained how to use the product. I had never bleached my hair before but because of her advice, it turned out great and I love it. Thanks again Tamia!

The store manager Rosa (blonde hair) was very helpful. i went in with dead hair and was in need of a really good hair mask. She found the best hair mask for me and threw in some good products ontop of all of that for healthy hair. if you have any questions i advise you to speak with her. She is an amazing worker and truly cares about her costumers!

What a horrible place! My newly purchased product was defective out-of-the-box. They told me there is no support/all sales are final and that I have to go take it up with the manufacturer. I cannot recommend shopping with this company. Just saying: I would expect a bit more in terms of customer service after spending my had earned money.

When we got to the store everything thing was all nice and this one employee started offering this young lady her age for help. You know she all happy and nice with. 10 minutes late the customer leaves. And then my mom and I went to pay and she was so fed up and all. There was deal with buy one get on free nail polish and we accidentally picked up a different brand for one of the nail polishes. The lady said if you can read properly you should know the difference" and she said that so rudely. So my mom was like ok we'll get a different one. And the employee was like yea *in a rude way* and she started rolling her eyes and giving us weird looks.Not everyone is the same but I'd recommend to treat everyone equally. She treated us like that because of our race. Never going dally Hansen again. Or to that specific location."

The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful! I asked for something to help touch up my blonde roots and Tiffany (who's hair is stuck in 1983) gave me the completely wrong colour!! On top of that, when I went back for a refund and complained, she swore at me and was completely unprofessional! She should be fired for her horrid customer service and utter lack of hair knowledge!!!

I love Sally's. This location and the one on Steeles. Always helpful, friendly staff. Today was a Blue Jays blue mood. I usually use Artic Fox...colour I wanted wasn't there so I used Wella Color Paints.
