Duncan handled our real estate sale and we were very pleased, he and his staff were professional, efficient, honest and polite. There was an outstanding cheque of money owed to us that we had forgotten about that Duncan went out of his way to obtain for us almost a year after the fact, a lot of lawyers wouldn't have done that. I will use Duncan in the future and would recommend him to anyone.
