The staff at wireless wave in st Albert are FANTASTIC! They have provided me with excellent service each time. I've upgraded my phone. Chirag assisted me today and was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was also quick which I really appreciated as I was in a rush to pick up my kids.Definitely recommending this location to friends and family.

Phenomenal customer service by James! Very VERY knowledgeable when it comes to phones, I've been having issues with my phone lately and he helped me fix the problems I've been experiencing with my phone since last week. 100% recommend going to this place if you're looking to get help or if you're getting a new phone as I will get a new phone from this location when my phone contract ends! Look for James, he will definitely help you!

Excellent Customer Service! Rupinder and Chirag jumped through hoops for me when trying to added a second line. They called Fido to sort out issues when trying to activate a phone and went above and beyond to get me the cheapest deal around. I appreciate the effort with the credit you issued me and the free Iphone 11 (Brand New) with the boxing day deals.Wirelesswave gave me a better deal that with FIDO online.Thank for for time Rupinder and Chirag much appreciated.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Michael on several occasions and it has been an outstanding experience. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and customer service orientated. Technology doesn't come naturally to me with my age and his service has been invaluable to me. I would not deal with anyone else or any other company other than Michael and Wireless Wave.
