My favourite vehicle auction, the staff are fantastic, they offer a very good description on vehicles (most of the time) NO FEES at ESD. I hope they go back to live auction soon.

I picked up my belongings from my car after my accident; the staff was excellent to deal with, fast, friendly, and organized. They offered me coffee and donuts while I waited for the gentleman to take me out to my car. Although, I didn’t have time to finish my donut because he came to the office right away.

I went to register as a buyer with Edmonton Salvage Disposal last week and when I first walked in the office there was a guy who was there, and he was speaking very loudly. I wasn’t sure about him at first but after a few minutes I realized he was just cracking jokes and telling stories. The lady that helped me with the registration was very nice. I believe this is a family business.

My truck was brought here after my accident. I went in to get my belongings and ended up chatting with the office staff about my accident. They were very helpful, like others have said in the reviews, they helped me gather my things from my truck and took my licence plate off. The fella that helped me was also nice, he didn’t rush me and didn’t seem to mind chatting with me.

Shane at the front desk was very helpful. He had Matthew take me out to my truck to help me get my license plate off the truck. You wouldn’t think I would need help, but my truck was hit hard in the back and my license plate was mangled and the bolts were rusted. The insurance company was good to deal with too. This whole ordeal was not fun but dealt with decently. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

ESD is by far the most organized car auction company that I've done business with. They do not charge ANY fees. They are knowledgeable about cars; they are friendly, beyond friendly. They do all the paperwork for registration and if you need to close your account, they will write you your deposit cheque on the spot, the same day.
