The width was communicated to us after we complained is standard. There is only ONE.We were given the same width of curtains in the living room as in the entrance area, although the living room window is almost twice as wide. Ridiculous. How can you sell that for so much money? You can't imagine how awful that looks.The offer is to deliver two additional ones, of which we should pay for one. Guys, how does that look? Four curtains on a rod ...The delivery time was far too long and only after payment / after the contract was said it currently takes longer. Wasn't mentioned before.Prices are way too high.If you still can. Flees. Excellent service.

We left a blind to be fixed. When we got it back it was in a box with no packaging. It was also broken and parts loose. What a way to fix something. I had to fix it myself. Very poor quality control.

Tel que mentionné précédemment, le service est le moindre de leur soucis. Il est où le « nous sommes là pour vous aider » ? Toujours pas de réponses.Voici l’information demandée: 297106 et 320890Positif: Très satisfait des stores, mesures parfaites. Bon conseils à l’achat et livraison rapide en 7 jours.Négatif: On m’a suggéré et facturé des blocs d’espacement dont je n’ai finalement pas eu besoin. J’ai voulu les retourner pour récupérer les 35$ et on a refusé le remboursement. J’ai tenté de rejoindre le service à la clientèle par courriel (2 fois) pour avoir des explications et on ne m’as pas répondu même après 6 jours.J’ai aussi tenté par téléphone et j’ai raccroché après 30 minutes d’attente.Bref j’espère ne pas avoir besoin de service car ça ne semble pas être important pour eux. Dommage…
