Best find ever ! This place is amazing. Dave and his wife extend a warm Newfoundland welcome and the rooms are modern and super clean. The perfect place to spend the night after a long day on the road. What a pleasant surprise.

This hotel was very easy to find and I was able to book a room late at night.The room was clean and perfect for what I needed.

Well now here is a hidden gem of a place. It feels more like you are going to stay at your uncle's house. The owners were super friendly. The husband is from Newfoundland...need I say more??? His wife made me fresh sandwiches and got me a slice of carrot cake at 8pm at night! After 10 hours on a large adventure bike that is heaven my friends. Just a classic roadside motel experience. Absolutely fantastic!Attention long distance bikers - Stay here!!

Travelling for work you never know what you are going to find, the price was what drew me in but an absolute gem of a motel is what will bring me back again.The rooms are very clean and well maintained, nice sheets and comfy beds. The wifi was fast and the location is peaceful.Excellent value and top notch friendly service!

Great place to stop! Pet friendly and super clean. Comfortable bed and quiet.Both times I’ve stopped here I was going to be late - after their office would be closed. Around 11 or midnight. I called ahead and booked the room and they made sure that it’s cozy warm for when I arrive And accessible for me after hours.Genuinely nice couple that run this gem.

Located on the far eastern edge of town rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice owners. The nearest restaurant or store is a couple KM away.

Basic, clean and good people. Water was hot but pressure could use some work, but still good enough to have a good shower!

The owners of this motel were the most sincere and helpful people I met while driving across Canada. The brakes were almost gone on my car so stayed here the night and got pads to replace them. I broke the ratchet the next morning trying to replace them and the owner saw how frustrated I was.He then insisted that he'd fix them for me, and even gave me his car to go uptown for breakfast and relax! I even managed to break a window in the motel by accident which I replaced without any issues from the owners. They really were very helpful and I'd probably be still stuck there if it wasn't for their help!The room was also very nice and cosy and really good value.

Best motel I've stayed in for a while! Very clean, smelled so nice and very comfortable. Perfect location for what I needed (just over the border) and well priced. Would absolutely stay there again.

Would recommend for anyone crossing the border late at night
