Im a repeated customer here, but my recent order is a bit disappointing. Bought the chicken nuggets 20pcs but they did not put the sauce at all, ordered 3 bacon cheese burger, and the burger itself does not have any bacon in it. Really disappointed.

I am a regular repeat customer. I pay an extra $2.00 to get my wings crispy. My recent order was barely cooked or seasoned. I called to complain and the employee said they would try to do better next time but can’t credit my order or do anything. Terrible customer service and absolutely wrong answer for a restaurant.

First time here ! I’m from atlanta Ga where the main dish is wings ! So when i tried these wings i was very pleased . I got hot honey lemon pepper ! & he made them crispy wet just as i like them & my sister loved and enjoyed her wings as well must try !!

The place should be shut down the owners should be ashamed of serving food of such a low quality for such a high price. The wings are so small and the bones are already broken so be careful when bitting into your wing. The major problem is that they are cutting corners with there wing supplier and getting cheaper whole sale wings and charging us way more. I wouldnt mind paying these prices for plump wings, but the service is none existen and the wait time is long. It be cheaper to go buy wings at Metro a cross the street and go over and buy a couple of there 50 cent buffalo wings sauce. If I do order from them again I'll make sure to be at the store to make sure I see what I'm paying for. Order at your own Risk.

My bf ordered wings and a poutine and instead got wings on top of fries drenched in hot sauce ! It was disgusting and not at all what he ordered and paid for! When we called to make a complaint they were very rude and couldn't care less . We deserve to get what we paid for ! Save ur money and order elsewhere there are many great restaurants in Montreal .

I don’t know what fool thought it would be a good idea to take my thirty wings and divide them into two separate boxes and put the fries under the wings in each box… leaving my fries completely soggy and cold. This is my 3rd time ordering from this place and it’s always a disappointment. For real this time I’m never getting your wings again, gonna stick to a box of frozen wings from a grocery store. Absolutely god awful

I don't get all the negative reviews, these are my favorite restaurants. Best boneless chicken wings + fries I've ever tasted. The sauce tastes like heaven on earth. I see a lot of people complain about the fries being underneath the wings, making them soft, but I actually love that! And I do think you can ask to have the fries separated at some locations. In all the times I've ordered there (over 15 times), I've only once had a bad experience where the chicken was dry.

Staff was friendly and kind. Food is really good. Their wings are the best. The resto itself wasn't put back together post pandémie and it really could use some care. That being said I have seen much worse.
