Espaces des Arts
Moka Socials has moved to an awful location and inconvenient to get there. However, even when Moka was at Espace des Arts, I never really liked the place. The people are snobs, terrible air circulation (the fans blowing in my face, making it uncomfortable). The music is not the best and the dance floor is not big enough for the amount of people. Definitely not the best place for salsa dancing.

It has Studio rentals if you want to practice dancing. It has events for different kinds of dancing. With an amazing people running it.

We are giving Espace des Arts 1 star for being deceitful and ruining our event. Dominique had assured us that our tentative booking was secured and we had plenty of time to come in and sign our contract. We called it to let her know we were coming in to sign and she said 'Oh we were going to call you.. the people who rented the bigger space wants more room so we are going to give the room you reserved. There was no call, no email from the establishment to notify us and it was completely unprofessional. Dominique cant be trusted. Do not rent this space for you events.

Booking the studio for personal use is a breeze. You can connect your device via Bluetooth or Aux. The location is extremely convenient.

Great venue for dance events. I gave it 4 stars because the women's washroom had 3 stalls, one doesn't have a door that closes, the middle one has no door at all which leaves you with just one stall to use.

I've been renting out a studio here for years now and it's always a great experience. No one comes to bother you while you're dancing and the sound systems work very well. Only downside is that I wish the bathrooms were a little better maintained, but it's nothing to cry about.

Amazing spot, lots of room and well air conditioned. The floor is the professional dance floor, many classes here
