The Hacienda Bed & Breakfast

We had an AMAZING stay here, this is a beautiful and unique home and property. Helene was a friendly and gracious host, and a great cook. The breakfasts were delicious and they also offer a small menu through the day for snacks or a dinner.

The Hacienda B&B was awesome. My girlfriend and I spent a night here while we were in Sudbury. The place was very clean. Bedrooms and beds were nice and comfy. The host Helene was absolutely fantastic. She came up to us while we were playing a board game and mentioned that she made extra creme brule and asked if we wanted any. Extremely kind and a FANTASTIC baker/cook. We went with the waffles for breakfast and they were fantastic. Everything down to the whipped cream and blueberry scones were homemade. We loved the food, the host was awesome. Only thing was it was slightly pricy for the night but if you factor in the breakfast, probably on par with an upper-end hotel night.

An amazing place. Little piece of Mexico right here in Ontario. Helene is a great host who catered to all of our needs. Plus the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend!

We booked one night at the Hacienda and within minutes of arriving we wished we had more time to stay longer. The Host Helene was inviting, friendly and her attention to detail was beyond expectations.Helene is a real professional and also extremely personable. The service she provided was appreciated, and her home was inviting and comfortable. We totally felt like we were on a private get away.This was our first stay but definitely not our last. We will recommend this place to everyone we know.

Great Place!!! We stopped in here for one night when we were backpacking on snowmobiles. Arrived late and owner waited up for us! Arrived with gas light on on all 4 snowmobiles and she had a 5 gallon can we could use the next morning to be able to get to the next gas station. The house is a Spanish theme and very nicely decorated. It is extremely clean and I mean extremely clean!!!! I would stay here in a heart beat again and would recommend if you are ever in that area you stay there as well.

Buenos Dias! The Hacienda was a delightful stay on a long journey. Helene is a wonderful host, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared - our room, our bed, and especially our breakfast.We have stayed in B’nBs all over the world and operate an Air BnB ourselves. This is truly one of the best!

This BEST place to go to for a getaway in or around Sudbury! Such an exotic vibe, feels light your out of Canada. The owner is SO friendly and accommodating! She is an AMAZING cook, highly recommend ordered one of her dinner menu options! This place has SO many attractions, pool, hot-tub, sauna, yard games, board games, places to hang out inside or outside, great patio set up, even a pond in the back yard. My favorite part is the lounge area inside with this amazing sculpture and the water fountain! I also love that the owner/host chooses to source as much local stuff as possible, the soaps she has right down to the food she serves! I love this place so much and cant wait to go back!

This was the best b&b. Ever. Period. Helene is an excellent host, and an amazing chef. The entire house was cleaner than any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. We took the date night package and were not disappointed at all. Dinner was amazing. The breakfasts were heavenly. We already have plans to go back there, both as just a getaway, or special celebrations.

This place is absolutely amazing! Host are fantastic and the property is just awesome! Great large pool and sauna. Totally relaxing and food was amazing. We were sad we were only able to stay one night as a stop over. Host were fantastic to try and keep guest at different times for meals.

What an amazing place this hotel is.We were extremely comfortable and were welcomed by the owner and shown around the building and the beautiful grounds.Staying at this hotel is a real positive experience and a wonderful way to relax.There is literally nothing to complain about! How often can we say that? Rarely, if ever!The accommodation was absolutely wonderful - and the food, exquisite!I would, without reservation suggest you book dinner there - and the breakfast was amazing and a wonderful start to our day.I could wax lyrical about this place forever, needless to say, I highly recommend it.I can't wait to return there.Thank you for looking after my wife and I during our stay.Stephen Donohoe
