I can’t believe how much they charge for milk. Over $7 for the lower end sealtest that is under $6 in every other store. This Location really inflates their prices which is pretty sad. How could anyone be able to afford to solely shop here? I will drive 10 minutes further to Collingwood from where I live in Maxwell rather than shop somewhere that takes advantage of their customers.

I love to stop by and get some nice fresh baked goodies. The white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies are delicious. I grab a bag of fresh buns to have with chili at home,or pasta. Lots of times I go first thing in the morning.

Anne in the Deli was particularly helpful. Party Sandwich / Fruit Kebob Platters were generous and tasty. Third time Foodland Markdale has helped make our Guest Luncheon special...Thanks!

Nice store and nicely stocked. The prices are inflated in this store significantly. More so than a neighboring Foodland in Stayner. My advice is get items in an emergency here. Shop out of town at another grocery store. You will save money including your travel and gas. This store is CRAZY expensive. I can't support this store beyond my basic needs. It does not support this small town with these prices.

Surprisingly eclectic range of grocery items, with everything from Asian pantry items to British and Dutch treats. Decent vegetables and fruits and a meat section that varies in choice and quality from day to day. Some days good, other days limited in selection.

Very expensive, a lot of rotting produce and some fruits especially berries. Old pkgs of salads are being sold as fresh. Not a great place to shop. foodland has no competition in Markdale so they don't care whether food is worthy of human consumption or not. The only thing they care about is the bottom line which keeps getting higher and higher. They are taking advantage of inflation. The only good thing about it is that it's clean.

Very impressed by the quality and prices. Found everything I was looking for on my last visit This location has become part of my shopping route namely on my way back from work as its so conveniently located right on highway 10

Great store, clean, well lite, lots of selection and stock. Just lacking with customer service, no one says hi. Also very rare to have your groceries packed for you and always seems to be staff standing around at front.
