I am not shocked to see why this company got only 2.5 star review. When, it comes to employee they want them to be professional for work but what about company ? Very unprofessional staff. I got hire in Dec, it’s Feb, they still didn’t setup my account for pay. They made me to pick 5 paycheques from the office. Everytime they have some excuse to say why my account is not setup yet.

Worst Company to work with. They put me on a suspension for more than three weeks now. I call them every day to talk to Jennifer thrasher but every day call goes to voice mail. I have left more than 5 voice messges. Right now i dont even know if i have job anymore or not. Totally unprofessional staff. No reply at all. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR FULL TIME PERMANENT EMPLOYEES. i would suggest every one to STAY AWAY from this company because they don't know how to handle their management. And last time they removed the review thats why i have to post another one. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN OTHERWISE YOU WILL REGRET GEETING HIRED BY THEM.

Worst management. Since it had collaboration with G4S, its getting worst and worst. I would highly recommend not to get hired with hamilton branch but toronto site is really really good.Firstly, they will never respond to your calls, emails either its regarding any of your site issue or any administartion work you had.Secondally, if you want to take day off and you are sending them emails they will never reply you. Instead they will call you the day of shift and ask you to come to work. Like, they don’t even try to find someone to cover the shift. Literally, they are giving hard time to guards right now.Thirdly, the management is too careless regarding the payroll. they are keep doing mistakes in hourly wage rate. every single time you have to struggle for your own money. This is not very much respectful.I am writing this reveiw to enlighten others regarding whats going on in the sites. So they can opt for other branch.

The worst, worst possible treatment to the staff now that they have merged with G4S, management team is a joke. Seriously find yourself a better company this company is biased toward Indians and unless u can speak their language your an outcast.

Former employee and this company was amazing to work for. There's lots of opportunities to move up or move around if you want to but you have to put in the effort. There were a couple of managers that were super unprofessional however, they no longer work for the company. I had the utmost pleasure to work here.

From the time I have been transferred under Hamilton branch its been a huge mistake working for Allied Universal. No manager no HR helped or get me a transfer letter. Having pay issues from last November and still no one care to Reply. I wonder from the date they took over G4s how they gonna survive if they can’t take care of their employees only. Toronto branch is far better Fabio helped till his power. 3 managers have been changed in last 6 months. It was a great company before G4s stepped in.

Never pick your call. unprofessional management and scheduling teamMade so many mistakes with payrolls don't work with them.

Terrible employer. I've been an employee since April 2016, and-Scheduling is impossible to get a hold of, and will actively avoid you the more you reach out to them.-pay rate errors. They will quote you one hourly pay rate, and your pay stub will say another (likely a much lower one)-do not treat guards with any amount of respect-managers will lie to you-guards get minimal to no training-uniform requests often fall on deaf ears (it took 5 months to get an extra pair of pants)-some sites do not have Post Orders, but still expect guards to know what is expected of them during their shifts.-they have ignored not only guard requests, but CLIENT'S as well-some sites don't allow breaks/lunchesIn short, do not associate yourself with G4S Hamilton. You are not in for a pleasant experience.

This review is for a specific security guard, as not all display the same excellent store security.I am an employee, and see P. SINGH as an aware, proactive guard. He does not use his cell phone on the job, as many do, and he is proactive in deterring theft and in confronting people who have taken items.I appreciate his excellent security service.LR

They take forever to respond to your requests and when you get ahold of someone you get a lot of run around. Can never get ahold of someone no matter how much you try. Very unprofessional work environment. Don’t recommend this place at all. Every G4S location has the same problem worse company definitely needs a change in management.
