I am very happy with Towels Direct services and products.For more than 6 years since I have been doing business with them, Derek and Monica have always been reliable, helpful, and very friendly. Their ordering process is well organized delivering the products within 1-2 days. Bath and face towels have a good quality and thickness, maintaining their color and texture after many washes.Quality products and excellent customer service!

The towels we ordered came in quickly but were different colors than what we had ordered. Derek was very accommodating and efficient with fixing the issues that we had. We also ordered aprons and pillowcase protectors after our initial towel order, and they came in quickly and seem to be of high quality. I would 100% use Towels Direct again.

It is high end quality at a very good price. I notice they also carry bedding linens as well. I will certainly be trying these next!

I placed an order with Towels Direct for a couple of customized robes (gifts for friends) and a basket of various white towel products from their Shangri-La series (for myself). The robe recipients were absolutely thrilled with their gifts and I could not be happier with the quality and durability of my new towels! When I first started using them, I recall that familiar feeling of staying at a nice resort or hotel where you have a beautiful set of bath towels, hand towels, and face clothes laid out for you each morning. I love my TD towels! The company owners Derek and Monica are also fabulous. I've found them to be genuine, client-focused, and exceptionally pleasant to work with.
