My personal opinion is this is not a company I would suggest anyone to use. Sitting in the county jail lobby right at this moment frustrated beyond words! I’ve been trying to get my boyfriend out of jail and we chose k&k which was a big mistake. This person that I can only assume is owner or co owner of this company had us going for hours in every direction trying to get the cash amount she wanted and paperwork that seemed pointless. Finally after the fourth total of what she wanted in cash only and driving an hour and a half she isn’t going to help anymore. What happened to customer service or better yet, keep ones word?... Shameful and disgraceful in my opinion. Shame on you K & K
