The staff was helpful, but I went too late I guess ..the turtle necks that I was looking for were out of stock

Good location. Prices are reasonable when there is sale especially for ladies dresses.Shoes are of good quality. My snow shoes are still good after many years bought for around $100 in sale. This october bought a pair of winter shoes at good price . lots of new winter clothing for both men and women is availableThe staff usually not knowledgeable or customer oriented.

Went in to exchange an item (medium to large) for a purchase at the Milton location. Had checked the website which stated that this (Argentia) store had stock (both Milton and Burlington had low stock).The customer service experience at the Argentia store was pathetic. Walked in with the receipt to cleary show the exact product I wanted.Started with the younger employee with the could-care-less attitude showed me similar products, did not want to he bothered and went back to folding items.Went to the older employee and showed the receipt and that the website stating that the Argentia store had stock... this employee tells me there are many locations in mississauga and just to go look over there".Lol. Spent 20 minutes looking through items w/o assistance and left. Mark's is usually a decent place but idk what's wrong with the staff here. Seems other customers have had better luck here but I wouldnt chance it here again - this can't be the experience Management should be promoting."

Customer service was very nice at our checkout. The young lady was Great. Need more help in the shoe area. I didn't see one person to ask questions. That was disappointing. Overall, like Mark's

The bald employee working yesterday was completely rude. He ignored us after we asked him for help. He was rude and I won't be going back to this location because of him.Marks work warehouse needs to teach their employees to have a better customer conversation

Always check for clearance section u will never be disappointed.. high quality products at cheaper rates

I enjoy supporting this store.. I have zero problem finding something that fits me for a Far price.. I could go to other stores to find a cheaper price but the quality and longevity isn't the same.

Expensive things as compared to other stores. On the top of that, I ordered something online they said it will be available within two days almost but it took almost a month they called me i had to wait for long!!

Before everything was shut down due to lockdown for COVID-19 i had gone in to buy shoes at the time I did not have the paperwork to reimburse me for the purchase from my work so I had paid in full on my card and was told that I could come back once I had the paperwork and they would adjust the the difference. I dealt with Wayne that day in store he was quick and tried his level best to answer any questions i had in terms of the product i was looking through in the store.Th store was closed after that, i had emailed customer service with my issue during lockdown and they said it would be best to call the store i had bought the items at as they were the ones who had said about doing the credit/adjustment. Once the stores were reopened I called and spoke to a very polite and patient Dejaun over the phone who heard my issue and said it would not be an issue at all and i could bring the receipt and they will sort it out.I went to the store and i had the pleasure of meeting Dejaun in person as he handled my transaction. He processed my return without any issues did the reimbursement paperwork for my employer and to my surprise the shoes i bought went on sale so the difference that I had anticipated to pay i didnt even have to pay that anymore as the credit covered all of it and I had $4 leftover lol which couldnt be used.The entire process was smooth fast and efficient thanks to Dejaun. He is an asset to the company! He wipe down the counter diligently after the customer before me left his cash and called me over.The store doors were open with clear entering and exit gates, they had hand sanitizer at the front the bathrooms were closed to general public atm given the current situation. The store was good with social distancing as there were 3-4 other customers. All employees were wearing masks, they were wiping down counters and cash btw customers, floor had markers indicating to maintain distance. The had shield barriers on cash and you could see a good stock of lysol and other cleaning supplies next to each register which is very reassuring that they marks is looking out for employees and customers well being in tje current times.Overall a pleasant experience given the current circumstances that we are living in. I would definitely come back to the store.

Manager Wayne is there not serve customer just to show attitude. Went to exchange shoes purchased from Barry store . He replied go to Barry for exchange if they want you as customer .
