Spent 70$ and my husband bought a new pair of shoes from here on Dec 4th 2022. First time he wore the sole started coming off. Took them back on Dec 14th to see if they can do anything for us as a customer. Was told to leave the shoes and they will send for repair and would contact us within a week for pick up after shoes are fixed. It’s January 2nd today (close to 3 weeks) I have not heard from them. I called the store and I was told shoes are not ready and they will give me a call in a week. Not happy with service. Its a shoe store close to my house and I thought since they have good selection I would always go there for any new shoes we need. However, its sad so see they don’t care much about retaining their customers. Will not be purchasing here again.

Poor quality shoes that start ripping within an hour of wearing them for the first time and store won’t take returns

Bad experience from the online store!Don't be so happy that you find good sales items/clearance items on their website. Once an order is made, you could get an email saying your order is cancelled due to the item(s) you chose is no longer available.However, the funny thing is, you could still be able to see that exact same item (with the same size that was chosen) on their website marked as clearance"."

I had a wonderful experience with three different staff of the store. All of them provided super service to my recent in-store and on line shopping.

Used to be the place for Size 14+, but no longer so I can't give it any more than a neutral opinion. Big foot buyers, don't bother.

This place is good for various collections of shoes for both men and women. You have lot of options to choose. They have fabulous discounts and many shelves are marked with clearances. Different brands they have like Nike, Reebok, Clark and so on. They take your email to give you additional 15% discounts on your next purchase. In short, our experience was good visiting this place first time.

Your website says you open at 10:00. Went there for 10:00, and the store has a sign on the door that says they open at 10:30. Update your website so your customers are not wasting their time. It's so frustrating. I would recommend a phone call to confirm hours before visiting, or perhaps just visit any other shoe store that follows the hours they post online.
