I went in today looking to purchase a charm bracelet. Only one sales rep in the store, which isn’t ideal but I guess they can manage when it’s slower times. However, the only rep at the store didn’t even acknowledge me, no hello or “I’ll be with you shortly” as she was cashing out another customer. After 15 minutes of no acknowledgement and waiting in line to pay I left empty handed. I’ll take my business somewhere else where I am valued.

Admired a pink jewellery box from the store display window. Went in to purchase and was served by Sales Associate Claudia.Claudia asked me about some of the jewellery I was wearing and when I said Tiffanys, Cartier, Birks and Michael Hill….she asked me if my Michael Hill necklaces/heart were gold plated.As someone that prides myself on my jewellery, I was actually offended by her comments as it was obvious, I was only wearing high end jewellery items.I did bring my concerns to Claudia’s attention and she apologized.Although I did buy the pink jewellery box, I will not be making future purchases.As someone that works in a high end retail jewellery/watch etc. establishment, this experience was by far the worst example of customer service I have experienced.I trust Pandora management will use these comments as a learning tool for their Sales Associate Claudia, so she might better perform her duties in the future and not offend customers with money to spend.

Nasty woman with short, badly dyed blond hair shaking her head at me, telling me to leave because I can't immediately be helped" as soon as I take a breath in the store? I'm trying to Christmas shop and treat my Mother to exhilarating jewelry/accessories

I just had the most awkward behaviour of the only one sales rep girls dealing.....waiting fr 40min as she was having the most nice chit-chat n dealing wt a white customer couple n i expected the same.....than another white lady so happily dealt with n thanking her fr her patience.....but when she finally came no hello, no thanku not a gentle gesture of anykind, just cause i am BROWN..... i asked fr a certain bracelet and quickly showed n than said we need to close so we need to b quick.....i asked her fr polishing my already bought silver bracelet wt tarnish n she said sorry come another day n extremely stern n harsh zero customer relationship unlike the other two white customer. She said we hv so much going on so cant deal more......I clearly sense this intimidation n racism that is so hurting....i paid the same price than why this behavior that is so hurting, nvr want to come back to this shop.....but can someone actually check these reviews and do sthg??????

really helpful staff. went in with absolutely no knowledge on jewelry but in need of a gift. the workers were happy help me find what I wanted and what my friend would like and they even helped me get the right size. would recommend to everyone in need of a gift.

By far the worst jewelry purchase experience I’ve had.It was a boxing day, so I was prepared to wait, but as I stood in front of the line, I could see about 3 execs chatting away but not attending the people waiting outside for a long time. After long wait, we were let in & had a bit too odd purchase experience.The sales exec wasn’t willing to show as many options, wouldn’t let me try on jewelry. Said if I try on stuff, it’s a health hazard (so weird), while I was seeing other people putting on things to check!I still ended up buying a few things and my checkout experience could not have been more bizarre.I’m not returning back to this store & suggest avoiding if possible.

Today, I was at Pandora Limeridge and immediately felt overwhelmed with assistance that was not needed at that moment. I was not given the chance to look around the store. When I found what I was looking for, no employee to be found or was already assisting other customers. For this reason, I'm not happy.

I went to the store for my bracelet and charm repair. All the ornaments were a little rusted. Firstly we were in store for around 10-12 minutes non attended. Then someone from store reached out and she said the ornament is just rusted and can be repaired. I said sounds good and we were also looking for a ring as well. She went with the bracelet and charms to get them cleaned up and came back after 5-6 minutes with only minor improvements in the ornaments. I was not happy with the cleaning and I expressed my concern but in return I was the one blamed by the staff that I didn't took care of the ornaments. In total it was worth $400 of charms and bracelet and the response I got was -if you are not happy you can buy our cleaning kit . Spending $100 of dollars at Pandora felt so worthless with no good customer service and rude staff. I left without buying the ring and the staff was least interested to help. Will never buy anything from the store again. Terrible staff and service."

The staff is so unprofessional. We went to the store and five other people came after us. The manager starts getting their name so their staff could help us, but as I told her that we came first she still did not attend us. I mean you are the manager how you dont know who came in first while all you are doing is sitting in there and just watching people coming in and you still dont know who came first. How disoriented you could be . Poor service.
