Always great service and great food. Took my mom out for Mother’s Day and had the goat cheese with compote as an app, which was exquisite and so were our mains. Highly recommend every time.

Ascetically the food looked delicious and the setting of the restaurant was also quite nice. The service there was also good, but the ribs themselves were quite stiff and rubbery, whilst the nachos were much to sweet, and the “fresh French fries” were floppy and unseasoned. Overall good place, the only problem is the food.

My friend and I were in Waterdown to have lunch and shop. We love to go to different places. After lunch and shopping we decided to go to The Watermark Taphouse and Grille for a drink.Beautifully decorated, very large place with booths and high bar seating.My friend ordered a light beer. I ordered a Vodka, strawberry purée with, I think lime, delicious.Great wait staff. Our waitress was attentive and fun.We’ll definitely be back to enjoy not only the drinks again, but the food.

The Watermark Taphouse & Grille
Our Meetup Group- Hamilton Foodies ate there this week. Everyone said the same thing- the food was great. Everyone had different selections from the menu so it was not a fluke of getting one right. Plenty of food, well plated and delicious. Desserts were great. Service was great and they were very helpful in co-ordinating for a large group- some restaurants are not. Definitely one to go back to.

Waitresses are always amazing and the food is always outstanding. The atmosphere is great and the seating is very intimate and private. I love everything there is about this restaurant.

The atmosphere is great, so many small areas for seating which is excellent for conversations. Large bar area, friendly staff, good menu with average prices. The food portions were good but the dessert tray was a little small, just lemon meringue and 2 chocolate options.

The Watermark Taphouse & Grille
We were welcomed within seconds. We chose to sit outside, which is set up to create a secluded calm place to enjoy your meal and conversation. The food was beyond delicious. Roast beef dip sandwich (shaved prime rib roast from the hot roast in kitchen) with sides. My daughter had a strip loin steak cooked to her request perfectly. It was an amazing food experience and our waitress was friendly and attentive. Surpassed our expectations. Highly recommend.

1st time we ate at The Watermark. Extremely disappointed. Ordered New York Striploin med/rare. It was the toughest steak I have ever eaten in 30 yrs. The sweet potato fries were tasty, but chipotle sauce was 99% mayonnaise. Mashed potatoes were more like watery sludge. Broccolini florets were dry. Side order of white button mushrooms was nothing special. Prime rib is expected to be fatty. However, the 12 oz prime rib was 5 oz of fat. Could have trimmed outer thick fat layer. Service was good. Not likely to return.

Come here, you'll love it!First time here by chance while looking for a decent restaurant to dine-in. Extremely impressed, the food and drinks were excellent, food was a perfect temperature, servers were very friendly, facilities were very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed! We had coconut butterfly shrimp for an appetizer, chicken parmesan and smoked beef brisket platter for entrees. For drinks we had a creaser and choice of red wine. Dessert was a peanut butter brownie cheesecake. Our server was Shannon and she was marvelous, very friendly, helpful, kind, respectful and professional.
