I have been using OPS for approximately 3 years. They rescued my pool from the previous company. My pool was intermittently turning green and it has never occurred since i switched to OPS. When we opened our pool the water was so bad that I really thought we would need to empty it out and start from scratch but Tommy guided us on what we should try and do and within days the difference was night and day! OPS is the best! I wanted to renovate my pool, and Tommy and Tamiko were super helpful. They took the time to communicate with me for months and made sure I understood all the options.When Tommy came to see my pool, he told me to wait until I've enjoyed it for a summer before doing anything drastic. Who does that?! They could have made a ton of money, but they cared more about my satisfaction.I totally recommend OPS pool services.
