Ordered through skip just today. Completely disappointed... Ordered the 4 piece dark meal. Recieved no cutlery. And recieved white meat. Also ordered the bubbly blueberry and they sent me a Pepsi. Learn to read your bills! So disappointed in this location...

Thank you for my mostly empty order of fries and drink that was 75% full of ice. Every time we come here we are surprised by how awful it is. I've ordered combos here multiple times, you guys have forgotten sides, etc. There's pretty much not one time in the last 5 years that I've eaten here and not had a poor experience.

Offer was thighs and legs pieces, but given wings and chest pieces and also pieces were way too salty.. if they don’t have the specified pieces they should have inform before confirming the order.. very bad service..

Unfortunately there’s no option to go lower than 1 star. This location consistently gets the order wrong, charges for sides that should be included, and today had no white meat. I left without ordering and won’t be back. Ridiculous.

Seems to have a shortage of white meat which has us fighting for the one breast in the family bucket meal. Overall same awesome greasy goodness we were raised on and nothing hits better then that Gravy. Oh and the salads are on point.

I always order from them through delivery. Overall taste ok. Not the best for fried chicken. My daughter likes their corn side dish.

Tonight, we had the worst bucket of chicken we have ever had. We ordered 10 pieces of original recipe chicken, a small fries, coleslaw and gravy.The chicken was so greasy that we had to dab the pieces dry before we could eat them. NONE of them were crispy!The pieces we didn't eat were set out on a pile of napkins to try and absorb the grease. When we were done eating, I picked up the napkins, which were sopping wet!In addition to the greasy chicken, we got cold chips. The gravy was lukewarm but not hot.I took pictures of the grease in the bottom of the bucket and the pieces sitting on napkins, as evidence.This was Albert Street south location - at Gold Square - 5:30pm, June 18th, 2022

Went into the resturant, at the end used the washroom, as I looked around it was the most disgusting I've ever seen. There was feces on the floor and change table. No toilet paper, and the sink was full of brown water! If the rest room is like this I can't imagine the kitchen.

No Ice so you either get a warm fountain drink or a little can of pop with no refills. And they also have no Bacon!Would be nice if you would at least put up a sign on the door!Icing on the cake, food was cold when we eventually did get it!Corn was also awful!!!!

Ordered a 14 piece bucket today. Looked like it was overcooked, but it may have been the look from the ugly browish grease. Had to let sit on paper towels to absorb some of the grease. Won't be back.
