Had my 10 year old son’s ear wax removed by Lyle, he is very professional and patiently explained to my son how the removing ear wax works so that he won’t be scared, highly recommended.

Lyle is extremely courteous and very generous with his time. I visited because I was experiencing some hearing issues on my right ear after being lying on a beach a few days prior. We figured out that there was a bunch of sand in my ear. Lyle was able to irrigate my ear to get pretty much all the sand out of my ear. It took a couple appointments, but Lyle's availability is amazing so I was able to book same day appointments.I would definitely recommend coming by if you have any hearing issues. If anything just to get a consultation from Lyle.

Our experience with Lyle was amazing! I went in and was nervous what to expect but from the moment I walked in the door he set my mind at ease.He is approachable and genuine and made the process a breeze. He has excellent customer service and communication; explaining step by step in detail what he is doing and why.The facility is spotless and my experience with Lyle will keep me returning to this location for any return visits. He is excellent with people of all ages (even had my 2 year old sitting calmly for his exam)!10/10 experience!

I visited because I was experiencing some hearing issues on my left ear. Lyle was able to fit me in immediately. I was in an out in 5 minutes, but even then, Lyle took his time in explaining what happened and walked me through the whole treatment process.I would definitely recommend coming by if you have any hearing issues. Lyle is one of the most graceful, and personable medical professionals I've interacted with. Add to his immaculate courtesy is his thorough know-how. By far one of the best ear check-ups I've had by a long mile.I had a bit of an otologic emergency and Lyle saw me on short notice when other audiologists were giving appointments about a week out. He was very patient with my explanation of the issues I was having and was very thorough in examining my ears and hearing.His bedside manner, equipment and approach is top-notch and he was very helpful in outlining the options I could consider in terms of next steps. I would 100% recommend anyone in need of an audiologist to HearWay Audiology and Lyle Mirrett.

My experience at HearWay Audiology and with Lyle was absolutely amazing. Lyle is one of a kind. The service he provides is unseen anywhere these days.I was looking to get new hearing aids to replace the ones I had before, and I am so glad that I found Lyle! My sister visited Lyle at HearWay and had a great experience. My daughter woke up with a blocking ear in the morning. I tried to call hearing clinics but couldn't get an appointment for the same day. Fortunately I called Lyle and he treated my daughter in the afternoon. He is so professional and kind. His office is clean and well equipped.
