This manager is the rudest of them all. Hopefully no one bothers. Last time I will ever buy anything from this junk store.

Way too humid. Double or triple the price you can get in st catherines.

Whoever was working there at 6:30 on July 27th, 2018 was an extremely rude, arrogant and anti social.I told him I was comparing prices between local cigars and theirs. He asked if we were going to buy one and we said it all depends on the price and if it’s too high we won’t buy one. He then proceeded to say, “Then get out of the store because I have other customers to help”. Instead of telling us the prices, he kicks us out of the store.Will never go back or buy from there. Way too overpriced and the service is ridiculous. Hopefully he reads this and realizes he is in the wrong profession and should change his behaviour around people. In my opinion, he was disgusting.

Very expensive......most cigars are at least 3 times what I can get them for at other local shops......and the humidor felt very warm and too humid.....a great environment for tobacco beetles. Also the worker here had no clue ...I asked how long they had been there because I didn't remember seeing the store before and he said it's been there 20 years ...then I realize the casino has only been open for 14.

Bought a couple cigars, decided to look up pricing afterwards, Big Mistake! Overpaid by $263! Ridiculous!

I have no idea how these guys are still in business. The man at the counter was incredibly rude and arrogant.

I always had bad experience with Indian owners (cheap and rude), same as this one. The Indian owner made his own rule to charge $0.4 commission on a $10 lottery ticket if I pay visa. I bought a ticket here before and no one even asked about this charge. I don’t recommend this store for anything. Avoid Indian owners, they are so cheap!

Very over priced and low inventory

Went to the Havana store within the Casino in Niagra falls. Loving a Cuban cigar, I was not greeted with acceptance or anything. The employee simply looked at me and walked away to the back. When he returned I tried to gain his attention but he continued to ignore me completely. There was no one else around in the store so I know he was not busy. Just totally rude! I will never grace this place with my presence. When I left he never even look up at me. Enough said.

If I could give it less stars I would. Extremely overpriced. Terrible service, unless you like having to be buzzed into the humidor and then watched like a hawk while you browse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
