Tubs supplied all the bathroom fixtures for our gut renovation in 2017 and we were very happy with their service and prices. However what really sets them apart is their follow-through post purchase. Three year's after our renovation, our shower handle broke from regular wear and tear. Paul was able to replace this part free of charge through the manufacturer's warranty, no questions asked. Most places would have turned us away, but Paul at Tubs really delivers!

Bought fixtures for a house renovation from Tubs. They have a large showroom with a wide selection of designer fixtures and reasonable prices. Paul was my representative. He is knowledgeable, patient, and easy to deal and communicate with. Most importantly, I appreciate that he is available to help after the sales with some minor issues I encountered.

Needed replacement parts for a sink and shower slider and Winnie gave me unparalleled service , quick and efficient and within a week my parts were in . With supply chain issues out there it was a pleasure dealing with a company and sales rep who was on the ball!!

Great Service with Paul at the North York Location. Paul took care of a situation that I had with a vanity drawer that I bought which was slightly damaged. I am so relieved that he went above and beyond to resolve my dilemma. He was very attentive and kept calling me to give me updates as well as providing options. I don't think that any other store would have done what he did for me and for that I am so very grateful and would highly recommend TUBS and not only for the service but for the beautiful merchandise that they carry.

We needed a replacement part for our bath tub, which we had purchased 15 years earlier at TUBS. Even though our model was discontinued, the staff at TUBS went above and beyond the call of duty to help me locate a replacement part without charging me a cent! In this time of lagging customer service, the staff at TUBS still treats you like a somebody! Completely satisfied! If I could grant more stars, I would!

Tubs has products and great service. Madhee was my sales rep. She went above and beyond and offered great suggestions for our commercial bathroom project. There were a couple of hiccups with the ordering process, but Madhee made everything right. Highly recommend!

Great experience working with Paul. We ordered lots of items, mostly by Vanico, and while virtually all of Vanico products we received were shipped late and had major defects, Paul went above and beyond trying to resolve these issues. He spent lots of time and effort working with the vendor and myself until most of the issues were resolved. Excellent customer service from Paul!
