We just purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander and are so happy with the outstanding service we received from Parker Mitsubishi. Paige Middleton, the sales associate, helped make this experience such a positive one. She showed us many options and compared different Mitsubishi models for us, with the help of Sharaz, to show us the model we were purchasing was the option that suited us best. Sunny took us through the financing aspect and helped us make decisions that worked for us. Thank you Paige for the very relaxed, no pressure experience. You wanted us to be sure of our decision and happy with our purchase. And we are!

Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Relaxing atmosphere, no pressure, as we usually have to experience at other car dealers.It was fully worth my long drive from Brampton to get my new Mitsubishi.

Just left here and what a joke. Was given a detail worth $99.99 due to my tpms being messed up on 3 separate occasions for my winter tires which I purchased from here. Was told that for $100 its a 30 minute “quick” clean. Floor mats weren’t washed whatsoever, back seat not vacuumed. If you’re going to try to do a “comp” for poor service to begin with- make sure that “comp” is worth a 4 hour wait.Will not be coming back here for service again.

Just had some warranty work done at the dealership and was dealing with Evan from service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, he was very informative, kept me in the loop as they were performing the work and was an all around nice guy to talk to. Excellent customer service. Give the man a raise!!!

5 Stars all around, I've had this beauty for about a month now (had to give a her proper test run before writing this) and I can't say I've had more fun behind the wheel. The team at Parker Mitsubishi is pretty awesome; from reception the energetic hello, and her abilities to quickly discern what i needed and who to talk to, Sharaz Syed's deep knowledge of the vehicle and the history of the model, Asif Jiwani with his friendly nature and his technical knowledge to show off all the features of the car, and Sunil Suri being able to break the process down, and his willingness to do the legwork to make sure I left happy and informed. I had an amazing experience of buying outlander with Mr Asif. He is very transparent and offers best deals available. Where other dealers, just beat the bush about the shortage and less inventory, Mr Asif works out the possibility and makes sure you get the vehicle at he earliest.He is really hard working and is always available for clients even on off days via text.Who so ever wants to buy any Mitsubishi car, 100 percent I recommend Parker Mitsubishi and especially Mr Asif.Thank you.

We bought an Outlander LE PHEV and we had a fantastic experience thanks to Paige, but also the whole team. Paige is very knowledgeable and made us feel at home from the start, glad we joined the Parker family! A bit distant from where we leave, but the trip was worth it. At delivery she took time to explain features and more with us as well as follow up to see how we were doing few days later. Before our purchase, we were at another Mitsubishi dealership and the quality of service we received there was nowhere near comparable to Parker Mitsubishi where we were treated with great consideration and care. Our car was immaculate and they even searched for a plate containing our favorite numbers, If we could, we would give 10 stars.Thank you for a great experience, looking forward to coming back for when we will need to buy a new car for our daughter!
