Just had a stair carpet installed and we are very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Good old-fashioned service, with people who know what they are talking about and care about the product and service. Competitive pricing and very professionally installation.

So unprofessinal. Please avoid if possible. My landlords paid for carpet installation and, with it, furniture moving. They came beforehand to assess the rooms and the furniture inside of them and decided that one person is enough to move the furniture. One person came and he immediately saw that the bed and our dresser (the only two items of furniture in our bedroom) were more than he expected but went through with it anywyas. Then we ended up with a busted bed door, scratches all over our bed, and a dresser with misaligned doors and scratches. They come to assess the damage, ADMIT FAULT, promise to help us fix the problems, and have now been ghosting us for weeks on end. Do not trust these guys.

I did not have a good experience with Infinity Flooring. After purchasing a Torly evertile floor. Inferior product and poor install equals unhappy customer. First response from Torly can not help you. Then call from Glenn we would like to resolve this issue. Return call hear nothing. CAN NOT RESOLVE WHEN THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION. Now add poor customer service to list.

I bough all the flooring from Gloria At Infinity and after a year I can say that I am still in love with my floors. Gloria is amazing, she knows her stuff but equally important, she knows people. She was generous with her time, patient when I could not make a decision, the whole time I felt supported and guided to make the best decision for my family. Price are also excellent.

Our dealings with Infinity Flooring were professional until they were challenged by us for selling, through Armstrong Flooring, substandard vinyl flooring. After a visit and consultation many months ago, a verbal agreement was made for a free one bedroom floor installation. Today, our request was refused by both parties saying the promised concession had expired. Over the last five years, we have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on this recommended flooring and it is not standing up to any amount of normal wear and tear in our residential building. The tongue is very small and detaches easily, the floor becomes brittle over time and each board takes on a wavy" look.
