This is the second time that I had Constant install ductless A/C units in my home. I was very happy with the first job they did so I felt confident hiring them a second time. Terry was the lead technician on this job and he was just awesome. Terry was so kind, polite, and professional and really only cared about me being 100% satisfied with every aspect of the job. Terry is extremely skilled at implementing these units with a focus on esthetics and a clean look. I would ask for Terry specifically if you are looking to have ductless units installed.

Be aware of the furnace checkup service. I had CHC did a overhaul of the HVAC plus water heater in my house. I was happy with the quality service and product yet fair price they offered until the recent furnace checkup.CHC charged me 200 + tax for 10 mins work (furnace + AC checkup). After talking to other electrician, it turns out that furnace check up service itself is generally not worthy and usually only takes 5 mins. Homeowner should be able to do it themselves, unless if it is a very old furnace and requires special checkup. But I was still upset with the high price I paid.Something worthy of mentioning that David Huang (the regional manager) is treating my complain professionally. They will send people to do a pressure checkup for AC ( which should have been done but was not done this time) next year for free.

I got Air conditioner and furnace installed last week the technicians were very professional and also they did a very great job. Everything was transparent in the terms of contract and installation. I would say it is cost Effective though. Highly recommendable. I will definitely be Recommending to others as well

At first this company seemed okay. We had both a new furnace and AC installed in time for the arrival of a baby. The furnace works fine but when we went to turn the AC on for the first time it froze right away......all the refrigerant had leaked out since the December install. The fix" this company uses for the refrigerant leak is to show up and just add more refrigerant. Every three weeks it all has leaked out and the AC freezes up and no longer cool. They have "refilled" refrigerant three times now. There has been no attempt to actually detect or fix the leak

Absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your $$ and sanity.We had a brand new AC and furnace installed in the winter 2021 by Constant Home Comfort. Furnace worked okay in the winter, the AC did not work when we first used it in May. I was not offered after-hours service without having to pay so I declined (even though this was a brand new AC that never worked in the first place). I was at home all day waiting for the phone call about the upcoming service, they showed up without a phone call at 5pm. I was out with the dog and the tech was quite rude asking why no one was home. He “fixed” the problem but shortly after leaving the AC wasn’t cooling anymore. Since May, this problem has been “fixed” 4 times. All they do is fill the refrigerant line, which clearly has a leak, but make no effort to repair the actual leak. We are now in a heatwave and find ourselves without AC again. You’d think after fixing something and it not working the first time you’d try something different. Needless to say, we should’ve also learned our lesson but we are now working with a different company to remedy this issue. So much for the warranty. I think the plan is to temporarily fix the problem until it’s no longer covered under warranty. Pathetic.

We needed to replace a very old AC unit which had R22. Constant home comfort gave us the best estimate. Sean was great. He communicated quickly with us through email and by phone. The installation crew was prompt and professional. We are very happy with our new AC.
