Great space, clean and very friendly. Quality is best I have had in Bradford. They are taking COVID safety precautions serious. I went for a full set pedicure and eyebrow wax. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the lady that did my service but she was awesome!!!!

Terrible service. Unwelcoming. Booked a wedding party for 4 and they had us all getting done at separate times. My shellac mani was rushed (20 mins tops) and did not receive the full service of the manicure. The colour I chose for the French manicure was not used. They also use the same tools and files that were used on previous clients. Would not return or recommend to anyone.

Great service, the nail technicians are do good too. I am always happy with my nails.

The first time I went, they did a great job in my nails, 2nd time...not so great. The lady had filed my nails diagonally and got annoyed when I asked if she can fix them. Then charged me a different price then what was on their pricelist.Not happy.

Unsatisfied two times in a row.First time I got a manicure done; the lady doing my nails (will remain unnamed) didn't understand what I was saying and gave me a french manicure on my real nails, not on a set. The job was done poorly; the polish didn't go to the edge of the nail, and there was even a bubble in the white line on the top. Three weeks later the polish is all chipped and looks very poorly done.Second time; I booked for 3pm with my friend and I (she wanted to go to the person she saw during our first experience) the day before our appointment date. Next day, day of, at 2:50pm, she was taken right away and I had to sit and wait until 3:40, until one of the ladies said they would be able to do my nails. That's 50minutes past my appointment time. I kindly turned down the service and left as was unpleased with the situation and lack of service.Everyone has their own experience; my friend liked her nails, and got good service. I on the other hand have experienced; poor time management, and poor quality service.I will not be returning or recommending the salon.

Absolutely no customer service. If I could rate this place zero I would. First time and last time going here. I got a shellac pedicure today. She gashed me, I was bleeding and she didn’t apologize. My polish was also everywhere. Also overpriced. Won’t return.

Great job on my UV Gel fill. $45 for the fill, shellac and a hand painted ombre French manicure design. Great place! Definitely recommend.

I' ve been using this nail salon for a few years now and will never be going back. I got a shellac manicure done by a male, never seen him before and the next day my polish literally started peeling off. I went back the next day to fix one nail and the next day after that the majority of them were chipped and peeling off. Never had this happen with a shellac manicure in my life before. They were not apologetic when I came back to fix my nail...as if I did something wrong. 5 days later I went back to fix all of them because they were all peeling and chipping and wasn't given an apology. They made me feel as if I was doing something wrong. They put me with the same manicurist and he didn't remember me from 5 days ago basically insinuated I was lying, told me he wouldn't charge me if I chose the same color. I told him it's not about the money I just want polished stick. Didn't talk or look at me for the entire time, told me I was finished after he fixed my polish I got up to leave and my nails were sticky so I told him and he wiped them with alcohol like you should do after every shellac manicure then told me I was done. It was the most awkward and rude experience in a nail salon I have ever had in my life. Would not recommend this place.

My nails turned colours after two weeks.Poorly done I went to get it fixed she is said we are too busy
