My Mom and I had the Best experience at this location. The sales woman and Manager were Amazing, they helped us get exactly what we wanted and more. We are both so happy and will be returning soon.

went in today with my roommate and before checking out a staff came up to us and said in an extremely rude way if we were sure we really wanted to purchase our items incase they “didn’t fit”. she than went on to explain how we should try it on because they seemed too small and that they are final sale

Went in with my son to get my wife a sweater for Christmas. Found the prices a little steep. The CSR behind the counter never greeted us when we approached, just processed the transaction coldly with no pleasantries at all. Perhaps she was having a bad day.

Woman working the cash just let a customer jump the line in front of me and another customer that was already waiting at the till! So incredibly rude! Staff clearly needs some customer service training!

I would like to thank Dorota as she was absolutely amazing. She helped me size my bra and took all of my anxiety away. This was my best experience in your store and I will only shop there. Please give Dorota the recognition she deserves for her service. I will be back!!

Bought these by accident when was in a hurry. Got these off the rack and grabbed the wrong size. They did not have any sanitary sticker and had a brown stain. I was in a hurry and didn't check as I thought these were the pair I wanted and in my size. I was shocked as I saw this when I got home. Tried bringing them in to Peterborough with the tags on and receipt right away (never even left the bag). They were very unfriendly. I contacted customer service myself and they will not let me return when this was on their self like this..never shopping at this location ever again.
