Place was busy. Employees were super helpful. They answered my questions politely and without rushing me by the employee even though they were very busy being christmas eve. I go there all the time and will definitely go back if i need any help with gaming or any questions about video games for my kids.

Preordered a funko pop over a year ago, when it came in apparently there wasn’t enough in stock, was told it would come by January, then by February and then unsure.

I got a red xbox controller as a birthday gift recently. I opened the box to find a white xbox controller with no Microsoft logo it says pdp. So I went to eb games to discuss this matter with a sales associate " who doesn't have common sense. I told her that this isn't a Microsoft product and it was bought here. She told me to contact Microsoft SO I DID !Got a hold of an awesome rep at microsoft who did everything he can to me rectify the situation. At the end of it he told me to go back to eb games to have this looked after. Now for my second trip at eb games I asked for the manager and she right away knew what the issue was. I will never ever buy any games or consoles at eb games you are better off going to best buy so you can fall back on their return and warranty process. This location needs to train their staff better. Thanks for the headache and run around eb games !"

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience.I called the store prior to going to make sure the item I was wanting to purchase(xboxoneS) was in store for me to purchase and was told they had multiples in the store.I rushed and went to this location and upon arrival, I was told they could not locate even one!Waiste of my time and gas as well I got my child excited for nothing!Very Disappointed in this service.

Today, they had 7 people working at this location. Yeah! A lot and some of them were just standing around. Is it because they had opened up EB Pop? Maybe. Place was clean and things were organised. The POP products were well put. They had the Avengers Infinity War combat glove on display.

Super friendly staff welcomed us from the get go, asked us what we were there for and let us know to ask them if we needed any help. One staff member interacted my child and made us feel welcomed. Had all the stuff you need for all your nerdy and gaming needs, however the headset we wanted was sold out even though they had the display box hanging up. Minor snap for an otherwise perfect visit.

Great Store! Buy all my games through them and all my Pre-Orders are made through them. Just pre-ordered the new The Legend Of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collectors Edition from them and I couldn't be happier knowing I actually secured one. This review is long over-due. Staff is super friendly and they always pick up their phone which may seem unimportant to some but important to me. 5-Stars, 10/10 will be back for more.

Were rude staff, who do not listen to you in any case always cranky and rigid beahviour even manager there when complained sugar coats everhthing ,specially guy named will he is super rude and humiliates customersStaff is always rude never wanting to answer or help any querries on floor , they want you to stand in cash line to even get any help

I would leave 0 stars if possible. This is a terrible company. I was looking for a Lego PS4 game for one of my sons. GameStop advertises previously used games Playd" for a slight discount. The regular price of the game I was looking for is $50

Been shopping there years for my collection. Staff in this particular branch are super cool. Really very comfortable experiences everytime I go. I choose my shopping places by customer service and these guys are always bang on!!! Keep it up! Thanx for being one of the very few stores with great customer service.
