CSN High Street Auto Body

My insurance provider sent my claim to CSN High street autobody, after my new 2022 Toyota Highlander was rear ended. The exhaust was a mess, whole back end and side quarter body and trim had to be replaced etc. My insurance adjustor through Aviva was absolutely horrible to deal with, leaving me and the CSN High Street to figure it out ourselves essentially.I called a week after the accident in the beginning of November2022, and confirmed the repair and quote to have parts ordered. I was told it would take 10-14 days, and they would contact me to book it once parts were in.At the beginning of December, i followed up as I had not heard anything from my insurance or CSN High street. When I called, they had forgotten to order the parts, and would need to do so, and then contact me again when they came in, about another 10-14 day.When CSN High street called me two weeks later, they had to tell me the parts of the exhaust system were on backorder from the manufacturer now, and they did not have an ETA of when repairs would occur until they got the parts in.The exhaust came in, along with all the other parts except the manufacturer logo decals, and the vehicle was repaired at the end of January for 2 weeks.They do a great job, and their work is perfect; but communication and ordering, customers need to initiate and stay on top of, because if falls through the cracks. Its been almost 8weeks since the vehicle was repaired, and no one has called me as they indicated they would once the final parts were in and could be put on.Good repair and autobody provider with amazing work, but they need better office management.

From the first day I arrived for an appraisal I was impressed with the cleanliness of the property. Colton came out to complete an estimate on my vehicle, he was professional and showed a genuine interest in servicing his customer (not pushy). My experience only got better when I saw the finish product which I consider exceptional. Thanks again CSN High Street team.

As my 1st phone call to High Street, and Colton Jones and I visited about fixing my quite new damaged Ford F250 pickup.1st of all, I asked Colton if they had certification for repairing Ford pickups with the aluminum bodies, he replies YES"!That was sure a relief as I had contacted 3-4 that represented themselves as 'certified Ford'

CSN High Street Auto Body repaired my 2012 Ford Focus with excellent service and workmanship. The representative, Colton, explained every step of the repair, and remained in touch with me during the repair period, Has very helpful, detail oriented, and super polite.The workmanship of repairing my bumper, replacing the lights, repairing the tailgate was great. When I picked up the car, it was thoroughly washed, waxed and interior was pristine clean.White glove treatment! I'm more than satisfied.I'd recommend them to anyone!

I am so impressed and over the moon happy about the level of perfection that went into fixing my 2019 Corolla. Not only that, but Colton was an absolute pleasure to work with. He constantly kept me up to date and was very clear about all the work being done and the time frame. My car was returned to me in pristine condition, even the inside was clean! I am SO particular about my car and I couldn’t find a single flaw in their work. The paint job is incredible. I also want to mention that a part was on back order for many months, but I was always receiving emails, text messages, and phone calls letting me know any updates or when the part would be in. Everyone I talked to was so nice/helpful. The lady at the front desk was so kind! My overall experience was above and beyond 5 stars.

Both Colton in Strath and Nicholle in Hyde Park were fantastic to work with. Supply chain issues outside of their control notwithstanding, customer service and the final product were great. Liaison with car rental and insurance was seamless. Definitely recommend!
