Proceed with Caution!!!The owner will not fix his alteration mistakes, he gets super defensive and offers NO SERVICE at all.I read the reviews for this place and decided to give it a try. The gentleman that owns the place was pleasant when I dropped off my stuff for alterations but when I picked it up and was not happy with the result, the pleasantries were out the window. Not only did he not want to help resolve the errors he made, he was very clear that he was not open to negative feedback. I would never go back to this place and advise everyone to proceed with absolute caution. If you are looking to support a small business, venture beyond this establishment, he makes it clear that he does not need your business or care about his service quality. This business is A for AWFUL!

Not sure why this is posting under my husband’s name? Anyway, I have my FAVORITE pair of summer sandals. The insole had completely broken down. I looked into replacing the pair but can no longer find this style. You know how you LOVE a certain pair of shoes and just do not want to lose them? Well, now I don’t have to! Tecumseh Shoe Repair did a great job replacing the insole and now I will get many more seasons from these sandals!

Another pair of shoes ruined by my bunion. They were my favorite.Todd said he could fix them, and by golly he did!!! I'm going to love them for at least another year! Thank you T.S.R.

Sean and Juan did a fantastic job on our carpets and area rug. Not only were they extremely kind and professional, they were also very respectful and efficient in what they had to do. Would highly recommend Chem-Dry of the North and use their services again moving forward.

Sean and Yolly are absolutely amazing. I brought my wife’s wedding dress in for cleaning and preservation after 8 years. The dress was all black underneath and was turning brown from being in a box for so long. This was a gift to my wife for our wedding anniversary in May and Sean and Yolly did not disappoint. They worked with me every step of the way to time the delivery perfectly.The dress looks brand new and brought tears to my wife’s eyes. Can’t say enough how appreciative I am. We’ve since brought in a skirt for alterations, my wedding tux for cleaning and will be coming back for some embroidery work. Sean and Yolly really treated us like family. Their service is unmatched and they’ve found customers for life. No others to recommend, they are it.

I needed a dress cleaned for a special event and only realized it on Friday at 5pm. My dress was dry cleaned and ironed and ready by 9:30 the next morning. It is a delicate material and they took extra care to stuff the dress with tissue paper to keep its shape and prevent wrinkles.They went above and beyond what they had to do!Great service!!

I brought a pair of jeans to have the length altered, and requested to have the bottom pieces saved for me as I will use them as patches. I picked up the jeans but the bottom pieces were not returned to me, I complained about this and told someone will call me. Almost two weeks with no call, I visited the shop and requested the pieces. I was given two pieces of denim materials, and was told here they are. I returned home with the pieces only to realize they were not from my jeans.Don't try to fool your customers - it is dishonest and not nice.
