Cash Money

They are always the same friendly faces every month, they're quick, considerate and always smiling. I like to pay my loan off and see them every month.

First time I was impressed. But when I didn't go into get a loan for a couple months and than decided to go get one. I was asked to show a recent pay stub. And I said you never asked the last two times. She told me because I hadn't been in for a bit they needed to see proof. She never asked to see my pay stub thru my device. I was not pleased.

The staff are very friendly .. I have never had to wait very long .. the only down side is that you need to ooe a location in Langford.. I have to drive 20 km to come to you .. where if you were open in Langford it would be only 10km and I know lots of other people would like that alsoThanks

First time ever doing this . Had costly car repair needed some extra help. Great customer service and so far so good.

Be careful people they ask you to do an interview on the phone to change currency, and with the eastern head office , crazy !!!! I’ve changed all my life currency in all the province in Canada without an interview, just few questions and piece of ID . Don’t tell me it’s money mart policy because i have done it with money mart without all those stupid interview, It Is calling profiling people !!!!!

Wayyyy quicker and nicer staff then moneymart and far less hassle.I have changed my opinion drastically...after paying tons in interest over last few years and never missing a payment I called # listed on website has I was started my day has a delivery driver. I was on Bluetooth and when no one answered I received the beep to leave message. I told them not to put check through and I would come in Friday to pay cash and to call me back if there was any issue...I heard nothing and went in Friday with cash in hand.I was told it had been sent to bank and that nobody hears the message left and that it tells u to call back. Then why leave room to record message? It bounced and I went in right awAy and cleared up. They would not wave bounce fee even though I had been there with the cash. After all this time and the money they have made in interest I would think their customer service would be a bit more understanding and can't understand why no one checks messages. Y have it then? Anyways .anyways I am done using or recommended them

I've been told twice, now, that previously scheduled payments were cancelled by in store staff, after I paid them in store. I have two NSFs from cancelled" payments right now

very clean place wonderful staff always cheerful and smiling help you out no matter what minimal wait time I've been dealing with them for 4 years now never had a problem and if there is a line and you have to wait there is a Tim Horton's across the street
