I went to bell in niagara falls. It was rush there but not a single staff greeted or said anything to us as we stood there for half hour. Then we left that place and went to bell pen centre. Experience was so great over there. I got what i was looking for in just few seconds. Staff was so cooperative.

I worked for Bell too, but these staffs are poor, untrained who actually don't know what Cx service is. Visited just to ask about Mobile Plans... 0* rating

I booked my appointment on line. I had made them aware I couldn't wear a mask at the time of booking. I showed up on time for appointment at 11:00 am. The customer rep insisted that I wear a mask even after I made him aware I couldn't for a condition I had. There was no one else in the store he had his mask on and was behind a enclosed plastic partition. There was no valid reason not to respect my situation. I am appalled at the lack of knowledge the worker had about the legislation. It was a pure power trip he was on. I will never buy from Bell Canada again. I own a business with 10 mobile phones. I shall take my business elsewhere in the future.

JP Ramos was fabulous... Replaced my modem quickly... Upgraded my Google pixel 4 to a Google pixel 7 I love it... Transferred all my data in 8 m... Made great recommendations for accessories... Gave me a great deal!!! Thank you JP!!
