This is the first time as a home owner I've had to call an exterminator for pest control (mice and voles).I called a different company and they didn't get back to me. However? Edmonton Exterminators was very responsive and they were able to arrange for someone to come within a week.Edmonton Exterminators and Mike, especially, have made the experience stress free. Mike provides great, reasonable options and is honest with his clients.He is very personable and informed on different pests and I appreciate his care and helpfulness.

Tyler came to help deal with the wasps under our front steps. He and Karen were both very good at answering all my questions and providing information on what they were going to do. The first attempt at killing the wasps didn't work, so Tyler came back and reapplied the powder all around my front steps without needing an additional payment. The second attempt worked, and the wasps are now dead. I appreciate their help with answering all my questions, and they were about half the cost I was quoted by another company. I would recommend Edmonton Exterminators to anyone dealing with wasps.

This is second time we've used Edmonton Exterminators. Price is very reasonable and the results were excellent. They showed up on time (and even gave me 1/2 hour courtesy phone call ahead of arriving). He listened to our concerns and presented his plan of attack which matched my expectations. Very patient, and was thorough with application. Listened to and answered all my questions. Definitely would recommend to others.

We very much appreciated Mike's advice, at no charge to us, to wait and watch to see if an extermination was really necessary. We have used Edmonton Exterminators 2 other times over the years, one was a wasp nest extermination and one was advice over the phone which led to no visit or charge, that we also very much appreciated. I highly recommend them.
