everything we could have wanted and more! great location, the rooms were clean and bright, and the breakfast was amazing!!! check in was very simple and I appreciated the free parking. blew our expectations out of the water

A great BnB. We stayed in the penthouse and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was a choice of a hot entree or continental options. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to a chance to stay again.

The room was perfect! Cozy, nice and warm, location was close to lots of restaurants and parking! The hosts were quick to respond and made sure we were set up nicely. Would definitely stay here again!

Helpful and knowledgeable receptionists are there during the day. Breakfast is a great addition. The rooms have vanities. Everything was clean and the location was convenient.

I actually haven't had a chance to stay here yet but my experience with Douglas Guest House has been amazing so far. After some unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my stay at the last minute and the staff were very empathetic and accommodating. With the stress of everything else that's going on, their empathic response relieved some of the stress of being out the fees of accommodations we weren't going to use. I really appreciate it more than you know. I'm looking forward to visiting when the circumstances allow. Thanks again,

We were generally satisfied: room was clean , bed comfortable, plumbing in good order, quiet. Basic decor. Fridge was nice, but tea and actual cream would've been good. Street was quiet- a relief as those close by had a lot of construction. Inn having driveway/sidewalk work so caution necessary around it- especially at night. Building a bit worn - sign,exterior. Friendly kitchen staff! Managers accessible via phone/text only, but workable. We had no car, so did a lot of walking (uphill!) to access public transit. This was doable, but could be difficult for less able guests.

The house is very nice, free parking, great location, friendly staff booking is confusing. We thought we were staying at a B&B and didn’t notice we had to pay a different price to have breakfast included. Disappointing. The wifi was terrible, hardly worked. The lower level room was very loud due to street traffic

Charming B&B. We stayed in the Broadway room. Bed was very comfortable and the room was bright and spacious. Added bonus was a comfortable front porch, which was a perfect place to hang out after a long day of site seeing.We were able to walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. And we could start our day with a lovely homemade breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location. From airport, take train and get off Broadway city hall and walk 6mins from station.You can choose one of the hot meal , vegi omelette or pancakes or French toast.Of course fresh juice, coffee, cereal, toast fruits are available.

Last minute booking due to a medical procedure at the nearby cancer clinic. The ambience was what I would expect of a large old home converted to a B&B,. Staff were friendly and helpful.Our room with bath was clean and attractive, the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options. Price was reasonable
