Half of my order didnt come at all but the status shows that they have some available in store. When i called the lady said it has to wait for few more days so i waited, called them again after few days, still my order hasnt come in, she said it should be in gp before Christmas for sure. It was already Dec 23rd and im still waiting. So i called them , they lady said that it wont be in after Christmas now, i asked for refund or maybe just a replacement with other toys she transferred me to her Manger the manager promised to refund so here i am waiting for the refund, i really hope they do. This will be my first and last shop at this store all i had was bad experience.

Was just in the store looking for a part couldn't find anyone on the floor to help. Standing in line for better than 5 minutes and 5 employees Standing around a computer to help another customer (looking for a ball hitch) I was completely ignored. Unreliable for lots of products especially dog and wild bird feed. One never knows when the shelves will have stock on them. Constantly rotating staff. I imagine it is a management issue. This will no longer be my go-to store.

this company refuses to stand behind there product that fell apart in less than twenty four hours after being used less than ten minutes and cost over 200$ to buy, i will not support this at all avoid at all costs. even though there company policy and the equipment company policy clearly states to return the item to the store.

Peavy mart is always great to go to. A guy van lose a lot of time when there due to all the little side items you can get distracted with looking at when going for a specific item. The staff is helpful too.
